I love these hypothetical situations.

Be careful though, or you may end up charging at flaming zombies. Fire zombies are quite hazardous in close combat.

Guns are not good weapons in a zombie outbreak unless you have an enormous supply of ammunition. I'd feel safer with a solid physical weapon like a (weighted) baseball bat, sledgehammer or axe. With staying away from the zombies as top priority to prolong your survival.

i swear that when i read "weighted" i thought you were going to say "companion cube" haha that would be awesome to have in a zombi apocalipse

Hi, botanist here. We can work something out.

If I had unlimited ammo, a silenced MP5. Gunshots attract zombies, you'll want to down them quickly and with as little noise as possible. Taking out a 5 or 6 that way can save you from having to deal with dozens at a time.

If we're being realistic, (or at least as realistic as we can with a zombie survival situation) a crowbar.
