"When asked how he is going to cope financially, Alfie replied, bemused, "What's financially?""
*Face Palm*
Well at least he was at the hospital every day and acting like an adult.

As long as the baby is taken care of, I have no quams. As far as I read this morning, the 15yr old and the baby are staying with her parents...who are both on welfare -_- But, as long as the baby is happy, healthy and loved, I have no problems.

Holy...Jesus...tap-dancing...Christ!!! There's so much wrong with that, not just the fact that they have no clue or the ability to raise a kid, why were the kids never taught proper sex ed? With today's culture (you've all noticed the rise in slutty clothing at younger ages) this shit should be thoroughly taught before it's possible for them to bloody get pregnant. And I mean taught with all the disgusting stuff thrown in, scare these bastards so much that child birth rates drop dammit.

Great, one more leeching off of my taxes. Why do I bother working...

I blame the parents. A 12 year old shouldnt get chance to sleep with his girlfriend, wheres the parental supervision?

I was scared to death of girls when I was 13, what happened? If his parents had a fucking job they could have bought him COD4, then hed be too busy playing TD.

Oh lord. The mind boggles. I'm surprised each family isn't suing the other for rape or something... unless the laws in the UK are differnet. I know in the US, if two people consent to sex, but are both underaged, technically, it's rape, and each family can be sued by the other. Is that how it works in the UK, or not?
That's not how it works in the U.S

Sue? Rape is illegal here (in Australia) and the UK. Sue nothing. Press charges. Criminal conviction. But there minors still, so a slap on the wrist the first time and some detention room with barbed wire for a couple of weeks each other time.
How about not pressing charges? It's not rape in any decent country/state.
The first one seems odd to me: kids usually have a thing against non-same-age couples.
Not in my state.

Ladies and gentlemen: Why sex and contraception should be taught together.
There are people like me, who are stressed even when the girl is using a pill and I am using a condom.

And so the inevitible cycle of human destruction continues: stupid people continue to breed, whilst educated people focus on careers.

I'm beginning to see a pattern in names and future behaviour...Alfie and Chantelle...

EDIT

Taken from the sun article:
"They are living with Penny[girls mum], Chantelle?s jobless dad Steve, 43, and her five brothers in a rented council house in Eastbourne."

I swear theres some sort of breeding program going on for idiots.

Seen a documentary about a country in South-America, can't remember the name but they sad that Opus Dei was pretty much in controll. Anyway, they forced 10 year old children to give birth there, and contraception was pretty much banned (like an unwritten rule).
Difference ofcourse is that this happened in Brittain.

I've got this 14 year old co-worker (total jailbait) who hates condoms and is planning to get tótally wasted with Carnaval next week. Combined with this little topic (and ofcourse the rest), I just say: today's parents and schools failed when a 14 year old girl doesn't care about condoms.

No one seems to have realized that the kid's grandparents are most likely fully capable of supporting one more child between them. I see no more difficulty in this situation than someone getting a little brother or sister at the age of 15, and that sort of thing happens quite a lot. Hey, I personally know a woman who has six kids between the ages of 28 and 3; the oldest one has a kid who's older than her uncle. And they're doing fine even with the frequent babysitting.

The society that has allowed the situation to occur may have its problems, but I don't think sexually mature yet uneducated people having sex is one worth being outraged over.

I'm in no way saying that we should just let children do this. It may be bad, but not so horrible that we all flip out about it, we just need to teach children sex ed better. I'm glad I come from an area with a very good sex ed. program.
Yeah, I'm all for frank and embarrassing sex ed. But the question inevitably rises, how are we going to fix that in this thread?

15 year old girl raped by 13 year old kid?
im not sure if the court would accept this or just toss them out, I dont know how UK courts work.

Both underage, never happen. Even if one of them was 16+ it's unlikely the courts would give out anything more than a token slap on the wrist. There's no way they'd send a teenager down for it.

I think most western countries have laws that limit the age difference between minors to 2-4 years.

But then, there's also a law that forbids men to have sex with virgins in one US state. (Funny aside.)

heres a question
WHAT THE HELL WAS HE THINKING?!

Who was the one who initiated the repartee? the girl or the boy.

on a side note: this aught to be a slap in the face for the UK again.

I understand that the girl might be having sex, and of course contraception should have been drilled into their minds, but for Christ's sake, this boy was twelve when he had sex! Twelve! Screw contraception, he shouldn't legally be able to have sex!
He's not and he's also not legally allowed to work.
Section 18 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 sets 14 as the minimum age at which a child may take part-time employment. ...

Great, another child of losers I've got to pay for. Surely, if i'm paying for all these kids I should have some say in their upbringing. Adoption for baby. Sterilization for the parents.
And boy looks about 8.

Are children conceived by young parents (like this young - 12) more likely to have degenerative diseases?

I'm so annoyed about this.

Reading the article in the Sun and a quote from the boys Father, I can safely say I've identified the root of the problem.

And Dennis, 45, said:"He could have shrugged his shoulders and sat at home on his Playstation. But he has been at the hospital every day."
I can't help but think, that if he had some decent games to play, none of this would have happened.

You never hear of 12 year old X-Box owners getting girls up the duff.

"Microsoft 1 - Sony 0"

[/joke]
You're 'joke' suggests Microsoft keeps Parents away from their children. The baby wasn't conceived in a hospital after it was born...
...but I see what you were going for. Needs work.

"Kids Kid's parents +1 baby, Society -1, Tax payers £-190,000 (average cost of raising a child to 18)"
