yeh, what i were saying, if you get attacked and their stripping you and you seem to enjoy it they would leave you alone pretty fast.. : p
I was thinking more about something like this: the body is just a shell.
: p
hey, everybody can interpretate the way it fits for each of us.

I'm really getting annoyed of this kind of thinking. Yeah, I know you're mainly joking, but it's still not that great of a thought. The kid is goddamn 11 years old, and when three random 15-year old girls (bigger than him, mind you) all of a sudden jump him and start ripping his clothes off, strip him nude in public, while simultaneously beating him and stepping on his neck, I don't think anyone would be that excited over the situation, especially at such a young age.

For god's sake, the kid probably just discovered the allure of girls, thanks to this he's probably going to stave off any sort of contact with the opposite sex.

Im not condoneing this, its stupid as fuck and pointless, but there is a culture of revenge that strongly exists, and I hate it. Like I said, if the boy is fine, then the story is done and over with. What upsets me is there is undoubtably a double standard that exists and boys WOULD feel the sting of that revenge.

The most noteworthy thing about this story is it brings to light that double standard and shows just how craved for revenge some people are.
How do you know he's fine? This could and probably will leave lasting psychological trauma, not just from the event but from the abuse he's likely to cop from his classmates. Just check out the linked 4chan threads to see the sorts of reactions it's getting already. It's the very same inaction you're advocating that causes situations like this to arise in the first place, it's not a "culture of revenge", it's a need for justice and punishment where it's due.

This strikes me as fucking absurd. Were the reverse of this to happen, with three boys and a girl, you could guarantee that they'd be going away for a long time. The whole mindset that "He's a boy: he should be enjoying it". or that because he's a boy, he would have been able to stop this unless he really did want it, it absolutely fucking crazy.

I can't put into words how fucking annoyed this makes me.

Same thoughts here, whether the mother is being irresponsible or the kid is being too scared and telling his mom not to charge the girls, harassment has been dealt here at the minimum.

Like several others have already said, if this was three older boys, holding down and stripping a younger girl, while filming it, they would never see the light of day again. Yet, when older girls do the very same thing to a younger boy, the police think it's a prank.

Wonderful.

wait, maybe i misunderstood something, not being from the US my understanding of your legal system is rather limited but the police does have evidence(the video) that a crime was committed but they can't act on it if the mother does not press charges?

btw could somebody please spin it so that listening to justin bieber made those girls do that? If it happened the other way around i am pretty sure he would be having reports of how rape simulators like GTA spoil the children.

If people want equality then it should be dished out at every level of society. While in a case like this intent is a huge part either gender doing it. It is still an assault. Then again I was almost charged with GBH for acting in self defence in a fight when four guys jumped me just as one guy dragged me to the floor and I ended up pines on his neck while the other three tried to kick my head in with steel toe capped boots. So the ideal never happens.

As for if it was reversed the American system would try and chrage the males as adults. If that is the state of your legal system get the fuck out there and protest. That is at best hopeless media pandering worst completely in just in my eyes. There are legal distinctions between majors and minors for reasons. Some times this isn't for the best of all parties interests but should be upheld any way. We socially expect different things from minors in many ways. We can't give them legal peotection only when the media is happy or it suites us. The same reasons they aren't allowed to vote factors in to the same reasons they shouldn't be tried as adults.

Double standards are a beautiful thing... I'd hate to be the boys father though.

"Dad, girls caught me and stripped me down naked!"

"..."
There is nothing to be ashamed about there, 3 girls who were each 3 years older than him stripper him and had him pinned, at one point with a knee on his throat.
Oh I know that. The pals at the bar though, they will never let him forget it.
And those pals at the bar would hopefully get a punch to the face if they do.

they should have the full force of the law come down on them. and the schools should punish them too. who cares that what they did happened off school property.
I am incredibly sleepy, did I read that right :L? That's like be laying into a guy with my boot and the school suspending me even though it happened 20 miles away. That makes no sense.

OT: You have got to be fucking me. The boy is basically sexually assaulted and the mother refuses to press charges? What benefit could it possibly be to not press charges?

I am too tired to watch the video, but honestly, I don't want the girls to have "the full extent" of the law shoved up their ass, I want to know why they did it. Is it explained in the video? Can someone tell me?

*5 minutes of blurry eyed YouTube later*

Well, that was about as informational as the manual for Assassin's Creed.
A "prank"? Seriously?
Better yet, the obvious "2 boys one girl" scenario would equal instant LOLS SECKS OFFENDER". Obvious double standard is obvious. Also, doesn't this mean the news station was technically in possession of CP? That will certainly go over well.
Either way, I feel bad for the bro that this happened too and hope those girls actually get some sort of reprimanding for this. Whatever they would do if it was the sexes reversed.

I apologize for not being my typical happy go lucky self, but this story somewhat hits home, though it didn't involve removal of underwear and it was pretty mild in comparison but... eh, forget about it. :L

EDIT: Simply put, I have very... complicated, feelings about this. <.<

Honestly I can understand the parent though.. If my 11 year old son was screaming like a girl from having older girls trying to strip him.. I would be so ashamed I wouldnt want to have to go through court proceedings either.
So you think it is shameful that the boy who was stripped and humiliated in a public place while being videotaped didn't approve of the situation?

What kind of reasoning is that?
I think he's joking mate (slight sexual reference).

There's a joke in here about japanese society and shotacon, but I'm not touching it.

I...really don't understand why the mother wouldn't press charges. I would suppose that it has something to do with her not comprehending the fact that her son was essentially molested. But, you know, double standards are G.R.E.A.T.

Damn... I hope those girls parents bring the swift hand of retribution down several times for that. It is not cool.

And I wouldn't press charges unless the parents fail to discipline their kids. Have to give people a chance to take responsibility first.

I think it's the posting on youtube that pisses me off the most. Every kid gets humiliated at school, but posting it online for pervs to wank over? Next generation is taking the internet far too lightly...
