I love anonymous. I always believe in their motives and they can never leave anything without a meme.

I agree with Anonymous' message, its efforts, and its methods. I do find it disturbing that if Anonymous is so effective, how effective can some group with out the same motives or code of conduct be?

Wow. I didn't think the WBC were as bitter and disgusting as their posters. Besides, you can't tell people they're going to hell, that's judging someone, also a sin.
I didn't think anonymous would do anything, but I guess they did. Finally someone said something to the WBC. Well, you'd think after the Vatican officially removed all ties between the WBC and all other Christian subgroups that they'd get the message.

I am a Christian, but I REALLY think that Shirley needs to deflate her head a little bit. I mean she's not even ACTING like a Christian. Good Lord! I say the message was well-deserved! Christianity aims toward being Christ-like instead of saying "YOU'RE ALL GOIN' TA HAYELL!"

Alright man, it's just that I feel that we constantly get bombarded with the news of whatever the hell it is they're up to. And I personally feel that it's getting to be a bit too much. I get what you're saying that, in cases such as this one, their cause is for the better good of us all. But do we really need to hear of them doing things such as this? We've already heard it a thousand times. But maybe that's just my thoughts on the whole situation.
Then go to Reddit :3

yep rule "14. Do not argue with trolls ? it means that they win."

I like that this story was posted and covered. Why should we only report anonymous doing the less than reputable stuff, here is an example of them acting in a well mannered fashion.

the only thing keeping that from happening are the 50 police officers that always show up.

I admit that recently my views on the methods anonymous uses to get it's message across has been one that is against what i believe to be right: But, when they use their abilities for good (Such as here) i can't help but support them.

So go forth and show these fuckers whats what Anonymous! Westboro is nothing short of a hate cult, and it's about time they got shut down in my opinion.

"Teachers of rebellion get their asses kicked."

She has a point. It didn't work out so well for that Jesus fellow. In fact, crucifixion was a special punishment for enemies of Rome.

I do wonder if she read past the Day of Yahweh stuff in the bible. If she stopped there it would explain a lot.

as far as i have read it never says that G-d hates homosexuals in the bible, there is a list of things not to do regarding sexuality(like for example not to sleep with members of your family) and homosexuality is one of the things on that list, but that's all, and why would G-d send his son to die for people he hated?
"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives."
(Leviticus 20:13 NAB)

If saying that anyone who has gay sex should be immediately put to death doesn't qualify as "hate" I don't know what does.

as far as Christ saying that everything from the old testament is still binding, i think he said it was still binding until he had done what he had been sent to do, and even if that's not so Christ came to free us from our sin allowing us to no longer live by the law which was a curse, but instead live by the spirit and the example of Christ. that changes the way we should view the old testament (which by the way Christ told the people they had misinterpreted)
"Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest part or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place."
(Matthew 5:17 NAB)

So Jesus quite clearly states that not only is the law not changed, but that it will be binding until the end of time.

On a side note, I understand your desire to avoid taking God's name in vain, but I don't think you are fooling him by simply replacing the "o" with a "-".
