And I'm actually not being sarcastic.
On the other hand, Sony has given us plenty reason to think that they can't keep their shit together. That leap year fiasco (finally looked it up) WAS only a year ago. I guess we're due for their next great screwup.
And also someone who pays for his internet twice over. ^_-tghm1801 said:I'm guessing you have an X360Thunderhorse31 said:That's what you get when you run a network that no one pays to access.
The three people Sony pays to maintain it must be working around the clock to get it back up by the weekend, maybe.
They also don't like bacon. The monsters.Hogbinladen said:Event happens, Internet invents facts. For once, can we not do that? If we're still going with the inventing facts route, Sony drowns puppies for Satanic rituals now.
No, but it would be easy enough for someone in Anon to gather enough people to do such a thing because of the varying beliefs they have.kajinking said:One person could shut down the entire network for two days?Echo136 said:I dont buy it. That would explain their apology after taking the PSN down the first time.Chubbs99 said:I have to say, this will likely see me in more flames in Joan of Arc, but If this is Anon... I kinda like their style here. Set up a blockade to prevent people from accessing their precious PSN. When people arn't willing to boycott Sony by choice, Lets force them. If this happens repeatedly, or stays down for weeks or months at a time, How long do you think it will take for the PSN community to dwindle and rather then wait and pray, they find another source for gaming online from a 360 or PC. If the PSN dies, do you really thing Sony would bother making a PS4 if this is what they'll have to deal with? Generations from now, Kids could be saying Whats a Playstation? much like the uniformed kids of today say Whats an Atari or Sega?
My first thought on reading about a news site and a Facebook page was pretty much that. I don't know why people don't get it, but Anonymous isn't a coordinated or organized group, they're barely a group at all, it's pretty much just shorthand for everyone that posts on *chan sites anonymously.Krakyn said:The group that's calling themselves AnonOps are the splinter. Anon has no formal organization or goals. I'm really sick of "Anon" putting out statements saying they didn't do stuff. It's ridiculous.

Yeah that was just a goofy troll-attempt, I actually have both (PS3/360) and enjoy both, and while I do honestly find XBL to be superior to PSN, that's not really the point here.Raiyan 1.0 said:And also someone who pays for his internet twice over. ^_-
Indeed, there is talk of disgruntled employees being laid off and going out with a bang. Unlike GROUPS such as Anonymous, an inside job needs only one person to cause total chaos.Hogbinladen said:Event happens, Internet invents facts. For once, can we not do that?
