I'd ask them how the hell they found out where I live--I'm very careful with regards to my address.
Depends on who it is. I'd love to meet some people I'm friends with on here because I've gotten on with them so well. Others, maybe. We might be friends because of a mutual interest or something but that's about it. It just depends on the person really. They'd have to be able to sit through me playing piano if they came to my unit...
I'd ask who the hell they were first, seeing as I don't know what any of them actually look like. Then probably offer them a beer.
Invite them in, give beer, ask what the hell, and depending on what the hell go from there.
Night life is quite boring in my town, I'd suggest we go track down the next members house to see if it is any better. If it's not we could end up travelling quite far, collecting a lot of members, before we have enough for an Escapist pub golf session.

Probably let them in, because most of the people in my friend's list are awesome (Ace of Something, IdealistCommi, Neonbomb, Max, pimppeter).
Kick em in the teeth and ask them how they found me. If their story seems legit I'll offer them a cookie. That's about it really.
Im very choosey about who I add to a friends list; as it doesnt impact things that much, I only tend to add people I actually really want to speak to and enjoy speaking with. As a result, if one was to turn up at my door I would invite them in (while of course being surprised) and offer them a tea or coffee.

If it was someone I regularily talk to over Twitter/Skype, I would prod them twice and walk back into my house, leaving the door wide open.

I like to think everyone on my friends list is a fairly decent sort of person and meeting them face to face would therefore not be a problem. We'd chat about this and that, I'd ask why they didn't send at least a message, we'd have some food, then I'd pull out a fiddle (that isn't a metaphor), they'd pull out a harmonica (this one is :O)and we'd wile away the night with our jamming. It'd be a bit expensive for them though since most of them are from the northern hemisphere and I'm down here riding a kangaroo to work with my wombat briefcase.
