It would depend on the person, but I'd probably be a bit shocked, then invite them in.

Erm, i think i would freak out at how on earth they got my address and then invite them in having called the police and had them checked out and searched.

Then again, it depends on who... MaxTheReaper (although not on my friends list for no particular reason) might be scary to have on the doorstep in which case i might pass out first from the shock.

Two of my friends I know IRL anyway so I'd let them in. Anyone else I'd ask 'How the hell did you find me and what the hell are you doing here?' After that I'd still be suspicious. Don't really talk to the others on my list. I'm not letting strangers in my house.

No one would... wait. two people on the Escapist know where I live, one of which I can see getting banned in the future.
But anyway, If either of them showed up at the door, I'd expect I'd know they were coming, so we could go to a party (at which I only play games anyway.).
anyone else on my friends list... unrealistic, I'd never tell anyone where I live, if I wanted to meet them, I would arrange a suitable place to hand over the cash.

I'd smile, be polite, invite them into my house, then hit them over the head with my cast-iron bust of Karl Marx. Then when they wake up, I'd ask how they managed to find out my adress.

Um well I start with the two usual questions.

1. "Who the fuck are you"?

2. "Also how the hell did you find my house"?

3.(Asked after questions one and two have been answered.)

"So wanna come inside? I've got a MW2 set up, but there's other games as well If you wanna play. Also you may hear some crying for help sounds, coming from the attic but just ignore those."

First I would be like WTF! how od you know where i live? are you a stalker? tits or GTFO!

Now if i met someone from this forum in a less creepy way, sure i could talk to them, but it's not like i really know people here tbh. BUt thats all fine, i don't need to know any of you personally, we can easily talk about gaming anyways, just like i can tlak to strangers IRL about whatever stuff we might have in common.

But hey, i might turn out friendly even in teh crepey stalker case... i did let jehovas witnesses come in for a half hour long talk last time they came knocking on my door.

Close the door and then go back to do what ever I was doing before.
Really I know no one on these forums, the few people on my friends list added me and I have no idea why they did it.

Well it depends on who we are talking about. I have plenty of people on my Friends List and I don't really talk to a few of them. Hell a few of those on said Friends list are banned (Such as NoMoreSanity). However I do have a friendly relationship with some of them and I would proably welcome those few into my home.

My friends, you say?

Oh, is that you, Fat Man Spoon? Well come on in! Want to have some tea? Wait, someone else is at the door. Oh, it's fogmike! Welcome to my humble apartment, sit down! What's that? Someone's knocking again? Oy, it's the Aussies! G'day, mates! And who is it now? SharPhoe, man! Glad to have you here. Now... *knock knock* who is this? Ah, it's the communist dudes! Privyet, tovarischi!

Now that you all here, we can begin to act out our plan of WORLD DOMINATION! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I have only half-decent people on my friends list.
What about me?

Well, I would clear away the empty bottles of Bacardi and offer them a seat probably. It really depends the context, if I had a hangover, was shirtless and still had incriminating substances laying around I would probably just ask them why they are at my door.

I'd say, "okay, you like secks nao?"

Mhmm, I'm not sure. If I recognised them, if they're people I talk to on Facebook as well, I'd invite them in for a cuppa. If I didn't know who they were, I'd ask their username, if it rings abell I'd invite them in.

And if it's a serial killer/rapist in disguise, they'd flee with terror from my house before they lay a finger on me, I can gurantee you that.

I'd be surprised, then amused, and finally welcoming. Then, I'd have to work out who they actually were

Afterwards, I reckon we would hang out, and depending on which of my Escapist friends it was, either talk about intellectual things, chat and random shizzle, or dive for my xbox

I'd be weirded out for a moment.
And then I might recover. Depending on who it was.
But in case I was at home, I'd invite them to play games.
It's all I really do...other than stay here.
And it's not fun to watch people post.
What if I turned up? ;) Mwhahha.

...

..

.

What?

I suppose I'd possibly hang out with them, if they could prove I'd spoken to them before.
