How can i decline and update that i already updated?

Seriously HOW did this game not get panned by critics for the bug issues?

How the fuck does this even work? I don't know how they screwed this game up so badly at this point, I'm amazed that it got praised and awarded despite being a buggy fucking mess, but whatever.
Same could be said for Fallout 3. And Oblivion.

Especially Oblivion.
Oblivion was more buggy?

...I downloaded the patch for FO3 as soon as I got it, because I was told it was the buggiest game ever and would explode in my face all the time. And I'm playing the unpatched version of Oblivion, and apart from a single zombie whose animations didn't work, there haven't been any.

I might buy NV just so I can see how buggy it really is. I'm starting to get suspicious.
Your one of the lucky ones. I hat to wait for a user-made patch before I could get the thing to run for more than 30 minutes without crashing.

This is embarrassing. Why does anyone still give Obsidian their sequels and add-ons? I don't think I've ever heard of a case where it's ended well.

It's not like we have a shortage of studio closures lately, but for the sake of decent gaming experiences in the future, I really think Obsidian needs to go away and let professionals handle these projects.

I'm still amazed that someone would purchase New Vegas on a significantly crippling platform.

Right now I have total of 3 gigs of community made content in my game. And every single bit of it is pure awesome... Untill Xbox 360 will get such possibilities I'm going to keep playing my RPG's somewhere else thankyouverymuch.

Oh for fucks sake, this is just pitiful. I get that shit happens and there are bound to be a few bugs here and there with every patch, but on such a consistent basis for every single Obsidian game ever created? What does their QA team consist of, drunken pixies? Featherless ducks? A monochrome toucan? A breakfast omelet?

Now I want eat an omelet...

I'm hoping when the actual fix is released they'll stop the game from progressively slowing down until it drops too about 5 FPS. I downloaded the entire game onto my hard drive and got the best patches and that still happens. I can only imagine what kind of hell play testers and programmers went through.

Yeah, I think this might explain why when I got to what was supposed to be the ending to Dead Money I got stuck in the Villa and now I can't leave |D Unless there's a way around now I have to start all f*cking over.

should i feel ashamed that i still like New Vegas and Bethesda despite all the problems their games have?

as much fun as i've had with New Vegas, its THE buggiest game i have ever played. its been more frustrating than i thought it would have been. i was expecting Fallout 3 type bugginess, not this train wreck that we got.

i won't give up hope though, eventually they will put out something that has little to no flaws. right?

I don't have New Vegas, but this reminds me of the Shivering Isles bug that would cause your game save to go KA-RAZY (and basically die) after X amount of hours. Sheesh, what a mess that was(and now this is).

Yo, dawg! I heard you like patches! So we put a bug in your patch, so you can break your game while you're patching your already broken-beyond-repair-game!

Was I seriously the only one thinking this?

Not Bethesda, Obsidian, Bethesda just gave them the rights to make the game. But no your not crazy. I still enjoy New Vegas, and I see a lot of things that they improved over Fallout 3, but the bugs get to be a bit much for me too.
