I'm sticking with the 'stay secret' option.

Either way, she's hot (which is relative on a person by person basis) or she's an ugly cousin of the Predators, I'd rather use my imagination. That is part of why we're here isn't it...

The best analogy I can make is Double D from Ed Edd and Eddy.
Something was up under that hat, and no one ever knew. It would have killed it if they showed what it was.
Another good one was from Spice and Wolf. A man was asking to see under a woman's hood, but she said there would be no point because there would be no way she could be as beautiful as his imagination let him think she was. It's doubtful that Tali's face would live up to the expectations of the gamers.

No matter what she looks like you'll never please the fanboys and people who don't care just don't care.

Don't do it.

I dont' really care what they do.

Now if they haven't decided what Tali looks like, have they at least decided what quarians look like? If not, there's a real problem.

No. Don't show her face. If Shepard knows what she looks like, then it is good enough for me. Don't reveal it cause it will be rocket science anger all over the net.

I agree. Keep it secret, keep it safe.

I like this fan art though...

tough call
This is my favorite image of her. When I saw it, I thought it was the real deal.

I'm not sure what way to take this one. I want to see what she looks like, but I also like the mystery. It's like revealing who, or what, the G Man truly is. Really want to know, but once you find it, the mystery is over and can never come back.
If pressed, I think I want to see it.

I'd like Tali's face to remain a mystery.

BUT PLEASE BIOWARE. At least let us know what kind of skin Quarians have! Are they fuzzy, scaly, normal skinned, or feathery? Are they green, blue, red, super-albino, totally dark?

THAT I want to know. Tali's actual face, I like to imagine. But give us some reference here!

To be honest, I want her to take off her helmet. I never understood why there was a mystery about her in the first place. I mean, we know she has a face and you can see part of it through her mask already. The only real mystery about her face is what her mouth looks like and, judging from her eyes and what not, it'll be vaguely human.

I doubt Bioware would ever go all out and make her ugly, but I can fully understand them having the Quarians end up looking humanoid like the Asari.

Better then reality.

I wouldn't mind seeing, but they can't really make up a reason to show it, can they? That and it's more mysterious to guess what she may look like.

Besides, to my Shep, Tali is like a little sister.
Ditto. I don't much care what quarians look like, is idle curiousity really worth the hype people are giving it?

Bioware, you better keep that helmet on. If they show her face and it isn't exactly what every single fan thought it would be, people are going to like her a lot less.
The main draw to H.P. Lovecraft stories was the unknown, if he had told us exactly what was tormenting his protagonists, the stories would not be nearly as good or popular.

On a second thought ... i hope they do this in typical Bioware fashion .. let the player chose whether they want to see her face or not .. after all ME is all about choices and consequences (not much of the later but i'm hoping everything we did in ME1 and ME2 will impact ME3 strongly)

Personally, I hope they reveal, like the concept art above (first page) but slightly less human than that. It would work, I think, but that is just me.

Ok, so I get that the Quarians have to have the sealed suits and everything, but why do their visors have to be opaque? Wouldn't it have been more practical to make them clear?
