I dont blame him, little kids that swears and think they are a god in any game makes me want to shove my controller up their ass. I wonder when the parents are going to step up and stop them from doing what ever they want.

You're assuming the parents give a damn, if their 12 year old is playing Call of Duty and cussing at random people, odds are the parents are laughing about how much disposable income they have, or just plain don't give a damn. If I had kids they would never even play CoD (They would play better games that don't suck) and if they did, I swear the first time I hear them shouting at people for no better reason than they're losing, I'd beat their ass so hard with the mic on that all the other 12 year olds would double think ever even playing the game again.

Bah, that won't be necessary. Just have this little strike team sneak up behind them and scare the crap out of them at random when they are playing online.

Well, of the shooters, I only play TF 2 online, and I haven't come across annoying kids yet. I have come across annoying 17 year olds (judging from voice) who act like big gangstaz. Maybe he could put soap in their mouths too.
Or not, I actually found them pretty hilarious.

hey guys I think I have a solution to all this, mute them.

But yeah every time I now join a lobby I just mute everyone except the people I am with. No one really talks sense anyway.
