Yeah, Nintendo stuff is amazingly resilient. I've had friends whose N64 cartridges still worked even when they were about 65% duct tape.

Also, I lost mine! Why didn't you give me that one?

You heartless bastards! How dare you smash my childhood!

But, yeah. This was back when Nintendo made all their stuff like fucking tanks and constructed them using Nintendium and awesomeness.

I've heard tales of game boy COLORS going through a washer and dryer without a scratch. And they aren't fucking armor-plated like the original.

Annoying question for the crew: why are the audio levels for the Daily Drop so much lower than other Escapist videos? Always finding myself turning up the volume.

I'm sory LRR but that just made me lose a lot of respect for you. How could you do that to an innocent old handheld? think of his new 3DS great-grandchild that'll never get to know how important great-grandpa Gameboy was.

Wow. I was hoping to see the pointy end of the crowbar being introduced to the little screen. But my they sure knew how to build them back in the day!

Loved it as always, but I'm really thinking you should go 3 drops before the Crowbar. I don't know why, it just seems like the proper way to do it.

*sings "indestructible" by Disturbed to himself*

Seriously, I wasn't expecting it to shatter or anything but damn. I wonder if it still works after getting hit with the crowbar.

I'll just point out that I had a trumpet playing taps on in another window while I saluted the fall of this essential instrument of my childhood. Seriously this is up their with pumpkin pie in series of traumatic drops.

I'm also thinking this went too far. Even though it was broken(?) it still coulda have been salvaged for parts. If it was functional, well then you guys @ daily drop are my least favourite persons. Never ever break nes or gameboy, thats blasphemy :/
