Still, the hard-modes and different progression levels leave people attempting different things. We may see Blood Legion win easy-mode 10 man, but there's still hard-mode 10 and easy/hard-mode 25 man I assume.
Grats to the US though, this has to be your first world-first in...half a dozen raid dungeons now?
Sadly though this was done by a Horde guild yet again . I'm tempted to go into a massive rant here, but I won't.
Still, I believe a lot of the world-first kills have been tainted by accusations of cheating and exploits and such, although I don't keep up with it heavily. It remains to be seen what will be said about this one, if at all.
I think back to what some of the Asian guilds have done, where the mentality is differant and "cheating" is seen as part of the game. I vaguely remember a big thing where some Japanese guild cleared Naxx when it first launched in it's pre-Liche king form, and there were screenshots of people wearing a metric ton of Naxx gear, far more of it than could have dropped in a single run through of the dungeon. Leading to questions about duping, server hacking, and similar things. If I remember the story correctly they allegedly had one of the Japanese GMs in their guild and helping them do it, and apparently spawning items or something.

Also to all the people saying the player characters are 'average adventurers' the whole point of a game like this is that you start off as an 'average adventurer' and then become a hero and a legend at max level; An 'average adventurer' at level 80 is a town guard.

I'm not a devoted WoWee (though the trial was quite addicting), so I don't have that much personal experiences with all the patching and expansions done, but the latest one just seems...underwhelming.
I don't know about you, but throwing in another 2 races, upping the obligatory level cap, and geographically ripping Azeroth a new one, don't seem all that innovative.

No, it's just a bragging-rights deal. Raids, in WoW, reset every week (in the US, it's on Tuesdays), so the mobs within them (if killed) will be reset during maintenance.dududf said:
