Voting is the ONLY viable solution. A rebellion just means the far right crushes all other factions because they are too divided. Telling you we have to get more votes in the districts needed isn't telling you that voting isn't the solution, it is telling you we need MORE of it.
And how is that supposed to happen since Biden has made it clear he is ONLY running for one term period? We have to find someone better in the meantime.
It's based on the theory that since democrats have won the popular vote in all but 2004, they will again in 2020, 2024, 2028. And I know Biden has a high chance of winning, I just don't want to be part of that coalition because I dislike Biden, wall street, big pharma, and etc.

TBH, you can't blame Bernie for his pseudo fan boys, they claim to support him and then ignore everything he asks them to do to help him when he needs it most. Bernie's actual supporters know how important it is to listen to him right now. I don't view them as actually being progressive when they are doing everything they can right now to block progressives from their current plan. Actual progressives are trying to do what they can to save as many people as possible and make what changes we can in the meantime until we get more support. Those sabotaging the only options progressives have to do anything at all right now are the problem, not supporters here.

You act like there is one path to moving forward. We have numerous ways to get from point A to point B. If you do not have enough votes for one thing, you move to the next path and the next and the next until you get a path forward. The ACA is just taking the path Germany did to achieve universal healthcare, and has proven it works. The ACA has saved millions of lives already here, including members of my own family.
Yet the DNC just announced they are dropping the public option. And the ACA still allows insurers to charge you more for having pre-existing conditions as I do.

I do what progressives ask me to do because I want to give them what they need to get something done and not tie their hands. Bernie is actually an independent, not a democrat FYI. Doing what he asks isn't that hard when you support him. I didn't donate to his campaign to then go back and ignore what he asks me to do. That would be stupid.
Because when enough of you decide not to vote out of petty spite, it can tip an election. That has consequences for people other than you.
