Mm. Had to get my orc put down because we were moving house and the people renting it to us didn't like them.

If he had a lumberjack hat on it wouldn't be so intimidating....

Its a little game my husband and I have, he's a paleontologist and skeletons creep me out so I decorate them to look goofy, but I take all the stuff off when company comes over so it's our little game to dress up the random skulls throughout the house. and he is perfectly fine with it and even joins in sometimes, especially for Halloween...but they tend to get more creepy when he does it. meh. my point is, there's always a way around the creepy hobby of your spouse

Sorry. Given the choice, Orc comes first. He's been with it longer.

Anyone who disagrees with me...same answer if it's your pet your partner wants rid of?
I wouldn't date a girl who doesn't like cats in the first place. Sleep with, yeah, but not date.

Let me edit that ending statement. "Never get too serious with a woman until you reveal every last one of your vices. Because if they find out on their own, there will be hell to pay."

I remember in my town, there was this couple who lived in a two story house - where I live in Florida its almost unheard of. Well on the front porch of their house there was this statue of a "Chef Pig holding a Pizza" that stood at around the 7 foot mark.

Well the wife hated the thing, she would tell me mother who was an avid Christian that went to the same church how it was an "Abomination" and how it was "So tacky that it wouldnt have been appropriate in the 80's" - ouch sorry 80's.

So one day I go outside to get the newspaper for my dad, and in the headlines for our local newspaper it reads "300 pound pig statue stolen from local home". I went in and showed my father, who read the whole article off to me.

After reading it he looked straight at me and said "I can tell you one thing son, this was the wifes doing." and I asked him with a very inquisitve voice "But...but why papa? Why would she do it?"

He then replied, "Because son, theres an old saying - You can take the man out of the pig, but you cant take the pig out of the man - This woman obviously saw her opportunity to do such a thing and ruin the man forever."

At the time I was young and I had no idea what he meant by that, so before walking away, I turned back to my father and said "Im sorry dad, I just dont get the saying."

To which he replied "Yea I think it was originally about bestiality or something, I dont know, its an old Scottish saying."

And now I think, Scottish saying? Stolen Pig? Orc given away? Coincidence? I think not.

Why would the wife have a problem with the orc? and if she did, why wouldn't the husband sell it without question?

WoW. I would'a put the orc up on e-bay, made a small fortune off it, then retired. ...and then get much more use out of the other 'monster.'

Damn women, they're all orc-haters!

This is why I never joined the Alliance. Bigots is what they are
Preach it, brother! And besides, the Horde has the best races. They're just jealous of us. And our pretty Blood Elves. [sub]So pretty.[/sub]

That said, I was honestly expecting the orc to be put on Ebay or something. But it's good to see it found a good home.

Because not all men roll over on their backs and play puppy to keep their significant others happy? Equality in a relationship: Crazy, I know.

I broke my moral code once. Blew up half the universe doing so. Took ages to fix.

Also, not the point I was getting at. What I'm saying is that it's an orc. It's a bloody orc, he was considering keeping an inanimate object rather than staying with his wife.

I understand sentimentallity, but that's too far.

hahaha the ending made my day "Let this be a lesson to you, kids: Never get too serious with a woman until you've introduced her to the orc."
