I dont want it to come out.
*Dodges bullets*

I cant help but think that it will be an epic fail, it will kill any hopes of a good next-gen Nukem game and there will be entire forums devoted to jokes about how long it took to make a crappy game.

It could potentially be the greatest tragedy of the gaming world ever.

I have a feeling the gaming media is already biased against then, seeing as the long production time has already turned it into a joke in most peoples eyes. Thats going to make for some intersting reviews.

If this isn't the greatest game ever that company will go out of buisiness. Stalker took a long time to develop, TF2 took a long time to develop, this however is just insane.

I don't think 3d realms is going to survive the release of this game. It can't be good enough to break even after all this time.

They should keep Forever as the in progress title and call it something different when it comes out.

I hope my gradnson enjoys this when it comes out. (If we do only have two years left then we better milk the living hell out of those two years)

This game has been in development so long there's no way it can possibly satisfy the expectations of... Well, anyone, by this point.

Besides, it seems like most games that get delayed too long end up majorly disappointing with regard to graphics and gameplay, because the games industry tends to progress quite quickly through various fads, trends and legitimate updates. With a game that's been delayed this long, I wouldn't be surprised if some elements (if it ever gets released) of the game turn out to be completely dated (in a bad way.)

Is it wrong to actually believe this game might actually be good? I mean, how many FPS main lead can really save our planet and our women, from mutant pigs?

Gordon Freeman? Too busy trying to put his MIT master degree to practice.
Master Chief? Still figuring out why he is damn awful at multiplayer.

Give Duke a chance, he is the ONE damnit! :)
