I'm frontline customer support. Basically I'm the one who gets to tell people who ring up why their delivery isn't coming or why we can't help with their items that are under guarantee after a third party has deemed the item to have been misused.
I've got to say, though, the majority of our customers are very nice and more than reasonable. I've had people offer my whole team tickets to sporting events which, sadly, we can't accept. On the other hand I had one guy who said "You [Name] are a wanker and [Company name] are a load of useless cunts."
Pay's good though, and the people are good too.
