That would be me too and I prefer the term "Escape Artist", has a little more style.Sir Kemper said:Yes, but what does it mean when you spend more time on the escapist then gaming itself?
Does it make you a Hard-Core Escapee?
And WoW, I used to play 55 to 70 hours a week just on WoW. Me and all my guild, and all PvP hardcore guys. 48 hours, imagine 4 hours per week day (20 hours) plus 14 hours per weekend day and you got the 48 hours. At the worst of my gaming sickness I used to play 6 hours per weekday (30 hours) + 16 hours per weekend day (32 hours) in average, total of 62 hours. If I had a bank holiday, give more 10 hours and you end up with me stuck 72 hours on the computer, playing, each week.SnootyEnglishman said:these "extreme" gamers are those that have too much free times on their hands and most of that is probably spent playing Cod 6 MW2 and Battlefield bad Company 2
No thats perfectly normal, everybody else is just jealous. Either that or crazy.Darktau said:Is it bad that I saw that and thought "Only 48 hours?"
I'm in that group and only 20 years old!vansau said:"The average age of gamers increased slightly over last year from 31 years of age in the 2009 study to 32 years in this year's study. Avid PC Gamers and Offline PC Gamers, comprising 11 percent and 8 percent of the gaming population, respectively, are the oldest segments with an average age for both of 42 years."
