Hopefully Susan's great old video reviews will remain here for the long term(I'm looking at you Wolfenstein). The enjoyment in her voice makes watching even old reviews a treat. It is sad to have her go.
Ah, i am sad now you were my favourite staff member and yu just lit up the podcat and pretty much made everything awesome. Yu will be missesd. I hope this is due to you finding something even better and not some trouble from new owners. Well, either way, good luck on your road.
Susan, you've been awesome. I'm really sad to see you're leaving, but at the very least I hope it's for positive reasons. This place really won't be the same without you, best of luck in whatever you're doing next.
Also, good luck to whoever's next in line for the job. That's a bloody big pair of shoes to fill.
You will be missed, and sorely so. Your contributions on the podcasts, series on Doctor Who and interactions with the audience made you a really great Editor-in-Chief. I hope you the best for your future adventures and that it is your decision to leave. Good Luck... and Farewell.
Nobody knows why she's leaving, and that's how it should be, but I remember thinking that the countdown to her departure had started when she became EIC. Lasted less than a year.
Very unhappy to see you leave, Susan but all the best for your future.
It's sad to see you go. Your personality and unique character were two of the biggest things that drew me into the Escapist as more than a conduit for Zero Punctuation and made it my default after-school/work priority, and you will be sorely missed. Justin will have to step up opposition to Tito or his power could run unchecked!
Also, PLEASE keep doing GSN at PAX. It just won't be as funny any other way.
Is the EIC desk like some kind of blackhole that slowly devours whoever sits there?
Very sad to see you go Susan, don't think the place will be the same without you (certainly not the podcats!)
May your future ventures be filled with cute animal pictures!
Bye Susan. I can't really say I've been part of the community for long or had interacted with people much, but I'll always remember that you replied to one of my posts which was awesome and terrifying at the same time because I thought I had said something wrong. I've never been replied to by an editor before and doubt I ever will.
