I think Fus Roh Dah deserves a special mention, just for being one of the few quotes that's actually meant to kill people.

That's actually a paraphrased Winston Churchill quote, I believe it went something like, "Madam I may currently be drunk, but you are ugly and in the morning I will be sober but you will still be ugly." There are probably faults, but it was badass.

Somehow having a turian quoting Churchill increases the badass. On a related note it also reminded me of one of my favorite TF2 lines.
