Hmm, I was going by GameRankings, but I prefer my score better, it reflects my opinion (Besides VII being third).SinisterSpade|LH| said:It has the highest meta critic score out of all the FF games as well. Aka, it has the highest average of scores. I believe it was 94 or so.Mr. Blue Sky said:It averages the second highest critical acclaim right under VI, and just above VII.Angelo Credo said:Shame it's so critically under appreciated.
It's like...The best one.
Anyway, I am glad this is coming to PSN; it's my second favourite.
Funny...I was first introduced to the Final Fantasy series through Final Fantasy IX (hence why it is my favorite game in the series, as it is still very much a part of my childhood), and even after playing Final Fantasy VII, I never really got the impression the Aeris was supposedly an "Aeris wannabe." I merely saw them as two different characters with their own individual stories. Though, I will admit, Squaresoft--oh, sorry, I meant Square Enix-- did have a habit of reusing the same character archetypes, though I can't really blame them for simply going with what works.Random Argument Man said:Um...No...No way in hell she's a Aeris wannabe. She's not even close to her.Tom Goldman said:Aeris wannabe Princess Garnet.
Chapter 12 is the developers laughing at people who thought they could speed run on the first go. So was the mine level.Kazicun said:I might give it a look. After im done with FFXIII (WHICH WILL TAKE FOREVER...curse you chapter 12)
It's even worth more then $10.I would happily pay around 20-25 dollars for it.Tom Goldman said:SO WORTH $10Assassin Xaero said:One of the few I've never played... guess it will be worth $10? Hopefully it isn't as boring as VIII was...
It's a huge throw-back to the old school Final Fantasy titles.Assassin Xaero said:One of the few I've never played... guess it will be worth $10? Hopefully it isn't as boring as VIII was...
