*sigh*
Square Enix is a solid company with a history of quality games whose only target is gaming CONSUMERS.
Even the bouncer was a quality game, even if it was a little short and boring.
So when I consider Square Enix as a business, following it's stellar track record, I can say with all confidence that however it might push the PS3 to whatever limit they believe it has, the 360 is not going to get some cheap ass bastardized hackneyed version. Square has a reputation to uphold, and even moreso on the Xbox, as this is a proving ground for them. They want to sell as many GAMES as possible, which is the reason they went multiplatform in the first place. They know that there are millions of xbox owners who also happen to like JRPG's and Final Fantasy Games, and those xbox owners equate into MILLIONS of dollars. They won't risk alienating that crowd by letting them down with a substandard port, which could have long damaging ramifications for every Square Enix title they release on that console in the future.
So that said, no matter how well it runs on the PS3, you can almost guarantee that Square Enix will spare no expense or effort to reproduce that SAME (or so close as to make any difference negligible) level of quality on the 360 version as the PS3 version.
This statement was only made and targeted at PS3 owners and fans to get them excited and produce maximum sales on that console.
I can almost promise that as the release date gets closer, they'll be making glowingly "positive" comments about how well they were able to implement the game on Microsoft's system as well, if only to assuage fears and coax millions of Xbox fan-kiddies into breaking sales records by snatching up every copy they can find.
