What's the actual endgame of a story like this? Won't it just fuel the irrational fears of idiots and make level-headed people say, 'my goodness, what irrational fears. Idiots.'?

It seems like they're just preaching to the converted.

ok i tend to like fox news (would prefer something else but its this or CNN) but even i have to say this is just stupid. i understood how they got so mixed up with mass effect and bullet storm seeing as there's alot of misinformed people out there who jump on anything that even seems "bad" but this..... this is just stupid and not worth my time.

Pretty much. They are pretty much the only news show that has to promote itself as "FAIR and BALANCED" apparently because people were catching on to their shit. I guess they are trying to go with "If you say it enough times it will become truth" approach.

Fox news is arguing against using fear as a motivator? Damn, this is like my dog saying that licking yourself is disgusting and wrong. While licking himself.

Even if FOX's site isn't, much of their television programming is decidedly biased. I know some lovers of FOX news, and they're very nice people, but I think it's funny how the same people who have been refusing to believe in global climate change (a.k.a. global warming) are now attempting to make supposed "environmental" games look like spawns of evil.

I'm curious does that study count the times they bash liberals or liberal ideas or just general Democrats.

And here's a pretty nice example of conservative bias. Basically implying through weasel words that a conspiracy theory where Obama allowed people to get killed so he can promote gun control might have some merit to it.

The study covers general reporting. On another note, have any videos not done by a comedian, who makes a living off of context corruption? (Context corruption: When you take what someone says out of context, making them say what ever you want them to say)

As a reporting channel, Fox is ho hum. NBC/ABC/CBS/CNN all do better in that regard.

Its schtick is that it's a bullhorn for the repugnican party, aka the theocratic lunatics that want to give all our money to the ultra-rich and tell everyone else to die in a fire who need to be kept out of power at any and all costs within the confines of the law.
Okay... So, small government, less taxes, and fiscal responsibility = neo-nazi, racist greed bags. Totally logical conclusion right there.

If this is the case then Fox news should report about games like the "Tycoon" series for promoting the conservative capitalist agenda.

Fox says something stupid, no one surprised.

We could just do away with these articles and just show 'FOX IS FUCKING STUPID' every now and again, it would save a lot of effort that, frankly, Fox isn't worth.
This is a new level of stupid though. Before they at least picked on things some (pretty stupid people) were actually concerned about. I don't think anyone has had a problem with environmental games. They're fully making s*** up now. The last drops of logic have dripped out of the holes in fox news' collective hive mind, leaving nothing but a ranting gibbering moron. I wonder if their viewers will finally realise how insane they are now.

I'm going to make a copy-pasta post that I'll use for every article involving Fox News, doing something that shouldn't surprise anyone, because we should all know by now that they have no idea what the fuck they are talking about, in regards to anything.

nuclear power is cleaner than solar and wind energy?
what?
Technically it is. I've spoken to a person who knows about those things. Turns out that all the equipment required for the solar power plant to function is not very enviroment friendly. I can't go into all the details beacuse english is not my native language and I just wouldn't know the right words to have a discussion.
It's just his word on the matter though, can't really say how valid it really is - not a specialist on that kind of things.
okay that leaves solar energy (but dont tell me that everything you need for nuclear power is totally clean) what about wind energy then?

well, yes.

Its itnresting how a news network can think liberal thinking is bad. this really shows how "good" our media is.

the sad thing is, FOX remains the most popular network in america.

all i cna say is
