Oh wow, this is really horribly done. I just clicked on the CDC one just to see what has actually happened, and it has 2 things of 7 set to "in progress", yet the completion rate is 14% when nothing has been completed... Plus the 1st one that is set to in-progress is the pic below and that's not even what the executive order did. This is a bullshit source.
