Never had to defend a game, but I have gotten on a few gaming magazines' cases over saying anything negative about American McGee, whom I hold in the same respect as Tim Burton.

Well, maybe there was Fable. Sure the world was limited, but it was funny as hell & the music was good enough to burn onto a CD.

I'd be willing to defended old school 2D JRPGs as being better than their 3D sequals. (Like Zelda & Final Fantasy).

have to say i defend bioshock at times from friends how dont like it no idea why though.

Your friends aren't like my friends are they, where they think a game suddenly becomes sh*t because it's over a month old or they've completed it?

Or do they just not like Bioshock?

I have no idea when they say its shit i assume its because they didnt like the gameplay mecanics. Where u had to run around just to find a certain plasmid to continue.

Wasn't it canned recently because the studio shut down? I know it got pretty complicated but I thought another Duke game got announced anyway.

When I played it It was alright, only thing I have to remark is that some sequences of the game where your only supposed to climb are a bit picky about the distances you need to jump across

None. I may like games that I liked, and my opinion about is impossible to change, but I'm not going to defend them much. Everyone can like and dislike whatever they want.

Well that is slightly rich coming from someone who admits they haven't played it anyway - which I guess would be why a lot of people haven't mentioned it. I've never played it.

Only Diablo 2 and Neverwinter Nights. They have little to no flaws.

Every other game has a flaw that I can relate to, but those two - none.

I would agree for Neverwinter Nights but I don't think so about Diablo 2
