Nicholas Cage staring at his hand, wondering if the CGI FX will be poor, or in case of a miracle, pretty decent... :p

The trailer impressed me with the fact I'm pretty sure it had more action in two minutes then the entirety of the first movie.

And who thought the fire peeing thing was a good idea?

And what does Marvel Knights mean?
Marvel Knights is the imprint that ghost rider comics are currently printed under
Ok, Thanks. I though they might be doing an Avengers deal again.

Well I like the fact that he look alot darker and dirty. I mean in the first film he look to cgi with his cleaness (clean leather jacket and skull). I certainly hope that this film will be more pleasing with the audiences in general (I thought the first film was alright).

Trash talking Neveldine/Taylor? Really, guys? The Crank movies were sheer brilliance--they know what they're doing (when it comes to that kind of movie, which Ghost Rider certainly will be).

Recipe for an entertaining movie: Add Nicolas Cage. Whether it's objectively good or bad, Cage makes it entertaining

I have an absurdly large distaste for Nick Cage.

Ghost Rider was my favourite Comic Book Character as a kid, I sort of enjoyed the first Movie, it was fun but not good.

I think the sequel will be no different.

As one of the few people apparently in existence who liked Ghost Rider, I'm looking forward to this. Hadn't even realized the first one was all that successful, so I thought Marvel was done with the movie portion of the franchise.
Mind you, Ghost Rider wasn't a particularly good movie. God no. However, just like Green Lantern, it was definitely entertaining and had some absolutely kickass scenes, and I won't miss out on seeing this new one at the movies.
Oh yes, and there's the fact that I really, really like Nicholas Cage.

Yep. Doubt it will be as good as 'The Rock' or 'Con-Air', but I do enjoy Nicholas Cage movies. If it's anywhere near as entertaining as 'Drive Angry', I'll be happy.

And as a motorcycle enthusiast, I'm happy to see that his new ride is less "CGI skulls and bones" and more "super bad-ass and dirty Yamaha VMAX".

RIGHT?

IT'S A SURE-FIRE WIN.

(Actually, no, Gamer blew goats. So it's a probable win.)

Well if nothing else at least the new Director's know how to make good dumb action movies. While I like the feel of the First Movie, the action scenes were...crappy. He does have a few moments but the super moves that dominates the fights *headshake* just..no. So if nothing else at least the action will be better this time around.

I just wanna see Ghostrider fucking shit up and Nicolas Cage being his all-around weird self. That's it. I have no more expectations. Not even coherence.

(WTF?!)
Yah I loved the first movie because of the hellishnes of the action, mainly the "LOOK INTO MY EYES". This one looks like it will have more action scenes. I thought he turned into Ghost Rider at night and in the day he turned back into Nicholas Cage, but in the trailer he walks around in the desert in the middle of the day in his skeleton fire form. The only bad thing it seems will be the abscence of the vengance of the first movie, since come to think of it it reminds me of Batman.
I thought the first movie was shit, and I think this may well end up being shit too...but I don't care. Neveldine and Taylor make good shit when people let them; just look at Crank and Crank: High Voltage.

Him peeing fire actually gave me hope that this will be good shit.

Wasn't there like, not a single fight sequence in the first movie that lasted over five minutes? It's what bothered me the most about it.

The dude who wrote the Dark Knight, the guys who directed both Crank movies, and Nicholas Cage going absolutely insane (as always)? I hate to call it early but this could be the most entertaining film ever made.

This trailer is awful. Not in the "man this movie looks terrible" way that a trailer can be bad, but as a trailer it explains next to nothing. It's just a bunch of clips of random destruction, and what appears to be Ghost Rider hurling innocent cars off the road for the hell of it. I have to admit I prefer the model for Ghost Rider in this than in the previous film, but that was the only really positive reaction to it I had. The flamethrower-dick gag was just ridiculous, and not in the way I enjoy.
when wast the last time you went to a movie theater?

seriously, 9/10 movie trailers i have seen for the past 2 months are so are in this exact manner, except for it's not even action, just random bits that make no coherent sense together.

I'd rather them show awesome random action in the trailer than the former i listed, as it was complete bullshit and turned me off of ever seeing some of those movies (one of them was even by steven spielburg if i remember seeing right)

However, directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (seen here in the painful intro to the trailer) have directed the films [b/]Crank, Crank 2[/b], and [small/]Gamer[/small]. That's not exactly a sterling record (!!?!).
Crank 1 & 2 are some of the best action movies ever. If this movie is anywhere near as crazy and over the top as those movies it'll be worth more than one view.

But Gamer is in there also so I suppose this could go either way. I still like Nickolas Cage, he may be in a lot of shit but when he's good he's REALLY good.
anddd this, i remember going into crank hearing about it going "wtf..." and went out pumped as fuck, those movies were fuckin awesomee

I like Nicolas Cage, but the only redeeming thing about the first movie was Eva Mendes' cleavage.
Whatever happens, it can't be worse than the first one.

That intro was really bad. The guy on the left looked so stiff and ill at ease he could have been an NPC in Fallout 3.

I liked the first ghost rider, though it wasn't the best movie. This one look to improve the action scenes a good bit.

Personally, I kinda like that they are playing up a bit of the craziness as I think crazy is where Nick Cage shines. (yes, I like Nick Cage to a degree)

So, I think I'll check this one out. When I want to see a good flick with interesting, well done little pieces, I'll go watch the movies of the cinematic universe (Iron man, Thor, Capt, etc.).

When I want craziness and just wanna have fun, I'll watch this.
