Truly Brilliant. Although he has starred in some truly awful films he has been great in Bad Lieutenant and a few other films mainly when he turns on the crazy.

Your not alone; just massively out numbered. However I would have prefered a Trail of Tears adaptation. I mean whats better than a western with hellspawn?Macgyvercas said:Good god, am I one of the only people who LIKED the first Ghost Rider film?!
Hey! The Crank movies are fantastic and Crank 2 is the best action movie ever made! You take that back!vansau said:However, directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (seen here in the painful intro to the trailer) have directed the films Crank, Crank 2, and Gamer. That's not exactly a sterling record.
Wow. all joking aside, that really does seem to sum up his career. Not G. Ivingname said:Zachary Amaranth said:Oi. Nick Cage, WHY?
Exactly. If Marvel Studios is involved, usually moviegoers can sense some level of respect to the source material (like in the Iron Man, Cap, Incredible Hulk and Thor movies). Other studios that hold the rights to other Marvel franchises are sometimes less successful. Lemme see...Sony Pictures and Fox hold the rights of most of these: Daredevil, Elektra, Ghost Rider, X-Men 3, X-Men Origins Wolverine, Spider-Man 3, Fantastic Four 1 and 2...the list goes on...Deef said:I don't have high expectation for this movie. Even though Marvel Studios may be on a roll with their independent productions, this is not a Marvel Studios movie, it's a Columbia Pictures movie, and we all know how their super hero movies have turned out...
Marvel Studios isn´t putting out the Ghost Rider movies. They sold the rights to another studio. So, even though it´s still a Marvel character, it´s set in a different cinematic universe...so you won´t be seeing GR in a movie like The Avengers.HyenaThePirate said:So um.. is Heimdall going to be giving Ghost Rider some advice in this, or is Marvel going to shuck the whole "movie/film" continuity thing they've been working towards in the Avengers movie by casting Idris Elba in another role in the same arguable universe...?
Considering they've got the Human Torch running around as Captain America, I think they've ditched continuity outside of the Avengers-related films. Though that still doesn't explain why so many people in the world look like Stan Lee. >.>HyenaThePirate said:So um.. is Heimdall going to be giving Ghost Rider some advice in this, or is Marvel going to shuck the whole "movie/film" continuity thing they've been working towards in the Avengers movie by casting Idris Elba in another role in the same arguable universe...?
