I particularly like how the headline would have you believe that the game "propelled" the kid onto the tracks. Did it physically push him? Mind-control him into stepping out? That's

You know how close I was allowed to get to the tracks until I was about 13? "Sit the fuck down on these benches and wait until the train gets here."

It's a paper called the Daily Mail, or if you frequent Fark, the Daily Fail.

i'm pretty sure that's what he meant by that comment. i hear people abbreviate the name of the Daily Mail as just "the Mail" quite often, and it's commonly derided as a news source. basically, the UK's equivalent of Weekly World News or some such drivel. hence his comment.
