The obvious answer would be Valve, but I would probably pick Team Ico...although I would need to learn to speak Japanese...

Lucas Arts or Raven. I made some light sabers for Jedi Academy and feel that I could do it on a professional level.

Valve most definitely, I'd be the one guy working on EP:3 and poking Newell until he released something on time, even if it was a punch to my face for poking him

Bungie, awesome games and a great work environment. Plus, they are going to take over the world, currently on step 5 of 7.

Zipper. Socom... Socom II... Socom 3... Socom 3.5 (aka CA)... Socom 4 [wip]

...but then there is always Ubisoft, Guerrilla & Visceral.

Well, being a masochist, I'd have to say EA or Activision!

But seriously, probably Bioware, Ubisoft, or Monolith.

I'd be a consultant for Lion Head to make sure Peter Molyneux doesn't have stupid ideas like making games that incorporate Kinect and Twitter.

Epic. Engine Development. Because the potential royalties are incredible and I'd get to have a direct impact on the production of dozens of games.

Of course, the developer's I'd like to work for in general, (and in no particular order are)

Bethesda Softworks
Gearbox Studios
Obsidian
Id Software
Epic Games
Bioware
Lionhead
Valve

Valve, Rare, or Square Enix.

Valve 'cuz, y'know, they're awesome, Rare is absolutely brilliant, and Square Enix because I've had this game idea floating around in my head for a while, and it's similar to Square Enix's style, so, maybe, it could eventually get made.
