My opinion: It is not necessarily wrong to be attracted to a character that is -by the artists- intentionally sexualized. Now, you should ask yourself whether or not it is healthy for you to partake of that artwork -be it anime or something else- but these images are intentionally designed to evoke sexual attraction in the audience, so in a way, it is not really your fault.
That being said, if you find yourself irresistibly attracted to 16 year old, real world women, then please seek help, and it might be a good idea to seek help, and the first step might be to stop watching anime. But, I rarely think that happens, if at all.
My point is this: It is not reality, but rather a representation of reality. I stopped watching most anime years ago, not only because I think it largely went downhill, but I became frustrated with the portrayal of women in it. One aspect of that is the hyper-sexualization of the young female characters.
