incest is an 'illogical taboo'.
It's genetically playing Russian roulette, for one, and, in this case, it just screams 'mommy issues'.
The guy lost his mom, and went search for his Grandmother. Sounds like a bizarre way for him to hold onto the memory of his dead mother, rather then him just 'falling in love' with this 72 year-old woman. 5 bucks says the guy never got along great with his mom, or never felt like he was the best son he could be.
I'm sure we won't agree on this, since objectivity is probably one of those 'illogical taboos' you've mentioned, but this is flat out wrong.
