"The ability to mulitply and shoot fireballs. Series of steps are needed to perform this ability.
1. The user must cut himself in the wrist and sustain bloodflow.
2. The user must concentrate in creating a fireball and heating it in extremely high but constant temperatures.
3. After a few seconds, the user must lower but not extinguish the temperature of the fire.
4. Then, the user must focus and shoot his target with the already duplicated solution.
The DNA in the blood will duplicate after exposed to high and then low temperatures."
Who the hell even came up with this power? Is there a superhero out there that has it? I also don't understand how the blood is related to shooting fireballs.

Sweet! I can make stuff out of energy. First: JETPACK. Second: FIRE. Third: PROFIT! (I don't know, I'd make *everything* out of energy.) Hell, I could make clothes out of pure energy! (Hopefully they'd be opaque.)

I'll gladly take my time. I accidentally cut myself and see the blood heal my wound immediately. Eventually I'll start on laying the groundwork for my multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company.
