Who the hell even came up with this power? Is there a superhero out there that has it? I also don't understand how the blood is related to shooting fireballs.

Guys, you know that you don't start out with the power at its highest, right? It starts out weak, and gets stronger as you use it.

I'll gladly take my time. I accidentally cut myself and see the blood heal my wound immediately. Eventually I'll start on laying the groundwork for my multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company. Once I reach that point the possibilities are endless! Unless someone with omniscience ends my possibilities....
