The end of The Last Samurai, where they charged out and all got cut down by the hand turned machine guns, manly tears for fallen warriors.....that's right isn't it, or are they normal tears?
This...and the last 20 minutes of Toy Story 3, and a part in Legendary, which I saw just a few hours ago and it was surprisingly good. Definitely one of the better of the last 6 movies I saw...

Things I have manly cried about in the last few years:

My son's birth in 2007

Kaiden dying guarding the bomb in Mass Effect also in 2007

When at a bar in Lawrence Kansas when KU won the national title in 2008 and they played Don't Stop Believin' by Journey

The final cutscene in Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway

The final episode of the first season of 24 the other day when my girlfriend and I watched it the first time.

I am a huge sissy I guess.

I seem to have a deficiency when it comes to crying at TV shows, movies or games. Even if it's a really emotional scene. The only thing I've ever really felt myself having to hold back crying for was the end of George Orwell's book, 1984.

The depressing ending to the calvin and hobbes stories.

Spoilered to prevent accidental uncontrolled crying.

Edit: Not the real ending, just to let you know, here is the real one.

...Wow, that was the most depressing thing I've seen in a long time. And I love Calvin and Hobbes...

Oh yeah...TTGL is rich with manly-cry moments. My favorite is when Simon
Leaps through space-time to punch out Russio
Recently I just finished watching FMA:Brotherhood and there are a ton of tear-inducing moments.
Like the whole bit with Nina...holy crap...you knew it was coming but I still wasn't ready for it. And of course Hughes' death

Oh yeah...
Will Smith's dog dying in I Am Legend.

I will admit that I shed a few manly tears during one of the later episodes of Spartacus: Blood and Sand where
Spartacus is forced to kill Varro.

I can't say for sure but the last time I cried over some form of media was for the movie Click
Adam Sandler dies at his son's wedding.
Other then that The Fox and the Hound would be the only other thing that comes to mind.
