Looks godawful just from the trailer. Maybe the pilot will actually have something going for it, but I doubt it.

But seriously, the premise looks too flimsy and the characters not all that funny. I thought it was gonna be something like The IT Crowd with dogs... but its not even THAT good. And that says something when youre not as good as that show...

Yeh 'cause the whole general victim, fail and drama thing is only for furries. Point to anywhere on the internet or generally the nerd community and you've got that, but heck, always fun to bash the minority, even when its nerds doing it to other nerds.
But yeh, I don't get people going 'Oh god, its a show with dogs', we're the I-Generation apparantly, we grew up in the 80s and 90s and half the shows were lined up with a furry cast in at least some role from Road Rovers, Animaniacs, Street Sharks, Thundercats and half the disney movies. Don't see why everyone's complaining just because this has dogs as the gimick, especially since all you see is like 40 seconds. The dog thing could actually make sense if you actually watch it when it comes out.
Edit: Hah, totally looked back at this myself and just saw my own victim thing going on, professionally raped myself XD
