Shame the PS3 cost £425 when it launched here in UK, that at the time was equivalent to $850 in 2007!
Though we got Resistance and Motorstorm bundled, it was still a high price of admission.
So not porting PS3 exclusives does the Xbox a favor? And here I thought that it just made people more likely got a PS3...

I'd be 100% with my Xbox if just a few PS3 exclusive games made it onto my shelf (as it stands, I'm about 90%).

Also, what is this "consumer demand" he's talking about for this policy? Demand from die-hard Xbox fanboys, I guess. Who wants to do anything to help die-hard fanboys anyway? If they're that die hard they'll probably buy everything released on the console anyway- and everyone with emotional maturity above the age of 12 will get to play some shiny new titles.

Mostly yeah, not interested enough to invest in another system kinda interested. The ONLY exclusive thats ever even sorta really interested me was MGS4, and I've gone this long without it, I'll survive somehow.

So long as the Xbox has a version of a game, it'll move units - even though it won't be the "defining" version of the title. Say if Bethesda wanted to release it on PS3 and PC first (hypothetically), then Xbox gamers would miss out on the experience.
To refute quality assurance, Bethesda would just shoot itself in the foot if they gave only Xbox gamers a delayed port with sub-par quality.
I wonder what will happen when consoles have to put up with the same crap as PC? They're becoming more like PC's every generation, and statistics seem to say that console piracy is almost, if not just as, bad as PC. Maybe everyone will move to Iphones, and the cycle will from there.Sylveria said:

To be perfectly honest I did kind of get interested on Motorstorm for a while, but FUEL cured that from me.

While it does bother me that MS is doing that, it's because I might lose out on some exclusive that comes down the line. I too have no interest on any current Sony exclusive, not even Male Tomb Raider, Electric Parkour Attack, Gray Future Shooter XX or Gray Future Shooter XXI.Treblaine said:
