They showed Monk Giatu's skeleton if I remember correctly.Krion_Vark said:The thing I liked a lot about The Last Airbender (show not movie) is that they didn't show death almost at all and the one person you know died they say that they have no idea what actually happened.
Its implied that he was killed by the Fire Nation but they didn't SHOW him DIE only showed him DEAD. Jett however died on the show and when they got to the Ember Island Players Sokka says that they don't really know when Suki asked about it.MorganL4 said:They showed Monk Giatu's skeleton if I remember correctly.Krion_Vark said:The thing I liked a lot about The Last Airbender (show not movie) is that they didn't show death almost at all and the one person you know died they say that they have no idea what actually happened.

Don't worry too much about missing Aang from what I've heard he'll be the Roku of the series.loremazd said:Well I wouldn't feel too bad, she's probably in her early teens, so Aang had a full life, living until his 60s. Though the fact that he had a son probably will make the Zutara fans lose their final glimmer of hope. I wouldn't be suprised to see some old faces though, like I'd imagine Sokka might be around as a member of the white lotus society.Dr. wonderful said:..WUT.Lissa-QUON said:They never said Aang is alive. In fact he pretty much has to be dead for her to be the next avatar. A son of Aang is apparently in this show.Dr. wonderful said:Steampunk?

Oh that is cruel, man. "Hey you know that guy, you cared so much about? He died! ."
I feel like a sad bear now.
Believe me when I heard darker and more mature, I immediately became hesitant, but they seem to be interested in balancing it out with a "similar sense of fun and adventure of the original series". So don't be afraid to get excited, because they do listen that's what The Ember Island Players was about and they do seem to acknowledge the fans which is something you can't say about many other series (George Lucas immediately popped into your head).emeraldrafael said:Well, I'm just glad I'm not the only one who is taking a hesitant approach to this.
Two answers.Jsnoopy said:Hopefully it answers the huge gaping plot hole of what the fuck they actually do in the world if Aang actually was the last airbender wouldn't that f up the next avatar cycle?
