Right so i'm trying to think of a game, I've even been on the Wikipedia page for every PS1 game but can't remember the name for the life of me!

It's a simple game, it was sort of an arcade racing game (think it had powerups), but it involved running, and the characters weren't people, they were like characters which were cartoon. It involved you running around the house in various races in a circuit (you were a very small character against about 8 other 'characters')

I'd say it was between 2000 and 2003 (or whenever the GameCube came out)

Sorry for being vague, all I can remember!
Looks like Micro Maniacs. A lovely little gem of a game.
thanks so much!!!

hopefully I on find it on Ebay!

I do have a game I was hoping one of you nice people would recognize. ^.^ I do believe it is PS1 or PS2,most likely PS1 but..eh. It was a very long time ago. You start off in a village that is destroyed/attacked by a meteor with a big I think red demon inside. I remember your main character was in red armor as well, possibly. He was a swordsman. One other character was a girl, wearing green who could summon monsters and use magic. I remember there was some kind of disease around the world that made people turn blue with sickness, almost zombie like but they didn't attack people...I think. Does this remind anyone of a game they played? ^^

I believe i played this Pc game Rts around 2004-2006,it is similar to starcraft.
It had 2 or 3 races if i'm right, one was some humanoid-aliens,other was some robots.
I remember that the robots had a special ability of their resource colectors that they wouldn't have to go back to town center to return the resources, they were using their hands as pipes to go underground and come to surface near town center to transfer the resources.
I think minerals was the main resources.
I even have a pic i took with my cellphone at that time - the main menu of the game, similar to starcraft main menu.

Hi everyone! I joined just because I need to know the name of this game.

It was an old Windows (I think) strategy game that involved colonizing a new planet.

Real-time strategy, I think. Isometric view.

The only things I remember about it were that you had to manage resources and your units would move incredibly slowly without oil, and at the start of the game, you had to choose the landing site for your spaceship.

I think it had "Earth" in the title, but I may remember wrongly.

Thanks so much in advance! Please PM me with any news!

Hello,
I played a demo from pcgamer or even pcgames back in the day, it was similar to a diablo style game, it was in 3d. It is pretty old though, It had townsportals that moved abit in the loading screen as oposed to diablo 1 picture of a tp while loading. I think the entire game starts by you going down a tower (maybe you had to be a higher level to go into the tower also) to go into the dungeons and everyfloor gets more different, later on there were kinda teleportoers instead of goign deeper. the only enemies I can rember were vampire bats that kicked my ass and the next floor were humanoid vampirebatpeople that kicked my ass even harder.
I know this is a shitty description, ive checked the basica diablo style games and they arent it. Maybe it never got finished and released(like dink smallwood) but then agian it seemed to be a just about complete game

Hey guys, I've been racking my brain trying to remember an old pc game I played. It was a crime type game where you are a criminal who is trying to move up in the world. I remember you could buy or steal cars, and there were gun shops. You could also break into people houses and I think you could like blackmail people or something. You looked at it from a top down view kind of like syndicate. It's not GTA fyi, I'm pretty sure this game predates that. :)

Hello,
I haven't played this PC game in almost 13-14 years so my memory is a tad fuzzy. It took place in, I believe, a post apocalyptic world (a city similar to New York) where some people were AIs or robots (there was a big thing in the game about some people not being 'real'). The game started off with a murder and the main character was either a police officer or a detective. He has a female German shepherd as a pet (she is later shot at the end of the game). You have to go around collecting clues and items and talk to people to either figure out who killed the person from the beginning and why or you are just looking for the main villain for other reasons (can't remember what exactly). I do remember a few scenes: one takes place in an alley, there's one in either a strip club/ casino, and you go back to your apartment a few times. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
Sounds like Blade Runner on the PC.

im looking for this game i played back before on my old pc before 2006 where there we're 2 teams, an alien like team that looked like goblins and 1 team that looked like humans but in a futuristic sort of armor, it was sort of like a sci-fi RPG strategy game where you had to fight against eachother and the more you win the more you unlock so lets say you were the human team and if you keep on winning you could unlock a bigger suit of armor and tanks and such, also you moved your players by clicking and you made them attack by clicking on your enemies, i think it was published in 2004 but i'm not sure. you had to buy it tho, it was a black cd with just the title on it. it was my favorite game to play when i was little and i lost it when i moved to another house :c i would really like if you guys could help me find out what game it was :/
That's got to be Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War (or maybe the sequel).

Hi. There is one game I tried my best to remember and find it on the internet but I just couldn't find it. It was a 90's game. You play as a wizard, it's kind of a puzzle. It's side-screen. Your objective is to free the prisioners on each stage. Some armors are the enemy on the 1st stage and you kill them temporarily by falling in their heads. You can play coop, in which case you play a red and a blue wizard. In advanced levels there are spells you adquire to help solving the puzzles, like creating blocks of ice. Well, that's all I can remember. Sorry for the english errors.
This is a shot in the dark, but could it be either Wiz N Liz on the Sega Megadrive, or Pandemonium on the PS1? Both are 2-player platform games fuaturing wizard-like characters (although I think in Wiz N Liz you were rescuing rabbits...)

an evolution game:

you lead creatures through evolution...

the climate of the "earth" (game map) changes and the terrain changes, you have to keep your creatures in the environment they like with potential mates, they multiply and you can spread them to other areas on the map. time goes by and you select a creature for it to morph into that is higher on the evolutionary ladder. I think the goal of the game is to get to the monkey or something like thats the top of the ladder...i cant remember whether these were legitimate prehistoric animals for the most part or whether they were made up but they did seem to correspond with scientificly based time periods in earth history

ive only ever played the demo for this game, downloaded it from demoland.com back in the day when that was a site for pc game demos. could be at least 10 years ago.

it was so much fun but the demo disappeared one day off the site, then the site went under. now i cant remember the name of the game and cant seem to find out!

Hi,

I can't remember two games on PC I think they are both before 2000 (or max 2002):

1) It was on PC. It was about the Lion King, i guess there were mini games like throwing berries to animals like hyaenas, but there was a mini game where you could play multiplayer local (on the same PC) and you had to win against the other lion in a maze with tree trunks. Lol. Every step you left footprints on the ground (red for player 1 and blue for player 2)
Lol that description is shit.

2) A point and Click adventure game on PC where the main character travelled between strange worlds. I think he pressed a button on a remote control and then he teleported to a new world.
There was a world with an Alien watching tv (in blakc and white I guess or green) and drinking "beer" like Homer Simpson. I also think there is a world where you are in a black and white world but it's the show that the Alien is watching on TV.
There was also a medieval world where you found a bag in a (dead) tree and there was a door of a tower or a castle in the same world.

The game box was blue and huge LOL.

lol i guess it's a bad game since I couldn't find it !
The first game is almost definitely Disney's GameBreak! The Lion King II: Simba's Pride:

I used to play this with my sister all the time as a kid :).

I can't help you with the second game, although it sounds vaguely familiar...

Sounds like either Twisted metal but i'm assuming if it was you'd mention the clown so my guess is Vigilante 8 or the sequel. Good memories. :)

i played a game once or twice when i was younger, i believe it was on SNES, but it could have been NES as well... all i can remember is you played a young (i think) boy, and you were on some type of adventure, there was this one part i keep remembering where you had to go underwater, and i think you had to get into a submarine, or get a breather or something like that..

i know thats very very little detail to work with but i cannot for the life of me remember any more then that, any suggestions would be extreamly helpful, Thanks!
