I keep trying to find this one old racing game but can't seem to find it.
It's dated between the 90s and early 2000s, played on Windows. I remember playing it as a kid around the time of Road Rash, Pod, and Viper Racing. It's not Burnout, NFS, or Outrunner
Game description :
It's sort of like a 2D/3D game where you sometimes or often drove against traffic, has an almost Burnout feel but is its own game. I don't remember it THAT well, but one very distinctive thing about this game is that there were sections of road that had those line breaks in the road that made sounds when you drove over it (like on a freeway) and they sort of looked like stairs with tiny increments between each stair. It was a section of road with these line breaks consecutively and then the road would be normal again. One car I always remember is a red Ferrari type. I believe you had to buy cars, and they would rotate for selection. That's the best I could remember. Please help. If I see a pic I'll know it right away.

Heyya
I'm also looking for a game I hope somebody know which one B)
All I remember is the game was a MMORPG.
It was a basic word + two numbers and a point (like conquest 2.0 or dungeon 1.7 or something like that iirc)
The graphics were nice enough , it wasnt like realistic it was more like kinda manga-cartoony or something .
The camera was in the air and you could see down on your hero kinda like in classic MOBA and RTS.
I was playing an archer and I was bouncing around a map with green grass and trees , killing mobs when I was passing by.
I played this around 2011~2013 I think.
If somebody can give me something thanks

Found the second game I was looking for. Turns out it was as simple as googling "wolf computer game" in Russian. Who would've thought? Here's a link in case someone else might be looking for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8O1w0k1CO4

Bumping my old post. I have since found the second game (it's called Monkey Brains, in case others are looking for it). I'm still searching for the first one, however.

I'm looking for two games that I remember playing with my cousins sometime around 2003. The games were in Russian, so I can't remember any names or storyline details. I can recall the games pretty vividly but I haven't been able to find any information about them, so it's possible that they are exclusive to Russia.

The first game is a side-scroller PC game where you play as an anthropomorphic wolf and try to make it to the end of the level by defeating enemies. There were about 10 different levels, each one introducing new enemies. The levels I can recall are an office of some sort, a museum, a building site where you had to jump on the scaffolding, some sort of outdoor sports arena, an amusement park with a ferris wheel you could ride on and a farm. Between each level there was a loading screen that showed how the wolf progressed to the next level, one of which was a picture of a metal fence where the bars had been bent apart and another one was of a smashed window, if I remember correctly.
The enemies I can remember are rabbits that threw apples or something at you, cobras hiding in urns at the museum, robots at the building site, rabbits with boxing gloves, horses that threw sticks or javelins at you, cats that cast magic, and ordinary chickens at the farm. The final boss was a huge purple rabbit that kept pounding the ground and could possibly summon more enemies, I remember it starting out surrounded by a horse and a cat, at least.

The second game is some sort of puzzle game where you control a bunch of monkeys (chimpanzees, I believe). The game had an intro sequence that explained the story, although I couldn't understand any of it as it was in Russian. I remember a scientist being in it as well as a creepy image of a monkey with a burning head that gave me quite a few nightmares as a kid, although the latter might have been a game over screen as well. The gameplay consisted of trying to get the monkeys to use their environment to make it to a machine that I seem to recall looking like a big head or a skull. The monkeys would then punch the machine until they either broke it or fixed it, I can't remember which one.
The gameplay elements include goats that you could ride in order to jump really high, cannons that would fire you on a circus-themed level, chickens that you could throw onto buttons to deactivate force fields, black monkeys with burning heads that would try to kill you, fireworks that you could fire across the level, pools with giant fish that would swallow you and spit you out and drains that would suck you in and transport you to a different part of the level.
The game had both a single-player and a two-player mode. In the two-player mode, player 1 would control orange monkeys and player 2 would control brown monkeys.

If someone could name either or both of these games it would be much appreciated.

I hope you help me!

My game, as far as I remember, was for windows 98/2000.
It was in 2D, and it would start with a sheriff or police officer who woke up in pajamas. And this sheriff / policeman had a gun that you would recruit anyone from the game, it was like ball ammunition that when you shot the characters you recruited them, since nurses, chickens and enemy soldiers. And the game had bosses, what I remember was a giant armadillo ...
I can not find this game at all ...

Ok, so my game is probably gonna be kind of hard because I don't remember a lot of details. Essentially it was an old online flash game (Circa 2006 probably) that may have been sponsored by some kind of big company like Nickelodeon or something. The premise was that you made a monster (there were lots of parts to get, don't remember how, but there were like squid arms and werewolf heads and the like) and potentially also trained it to raise its stats so that it could go and fight other players' monsters in an arena type thing (2D). I don't think you could directly control the monsters, they just were AI based on their parts (like the CATS app if you've played it). You base or home or whatever was like a sewer or something, I remember like bars on the door to the room your monster lived in and I think it also had some sort of toilet themed thing because you were a small child and poop was funny for some reason. I don't remember much else but it is very similar to a lot of apps these days where you build a fighter for an arena and can pay to get chests with better items. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any guesses!

I used to play this game 10 years ago, so I would expect it's from the late 90's or the early 2000's .
basically the game is about 2 men or monsters one of them is green and the other is light blue , you walk on a 2d scale and there are dogs walking on platforms to eliminate the enemies you have to push the platform the dog is walking on with your head when you are on the platform beneath them to knock them out, i also remember one of the bosses in this game is a dinosaur waling very fast and hard to beat he was on an ice stage

Hello everyone!

I looking for 2 games. I was child when I played with them, it was at least 10 years ago. I have some accurate memory pieces but i couldn't find the games with keywords. Os was win98. So the 1st one:
It was a kinda 3d ball game. In the main menu you could choose among some ball textures. In the main-menu's right side there were 3 "stage". First with 12 levels, second idk, third with 4 levels this 4 were extra levels, you couldn't play with them before complete stage 1-2.
Gameplay: Top of screen was black thick line, and white time counter maybe you have to complete the level to time. Control: left and right (maybe little slow down with down) Sometimes you had to bypass some barriers cause when you hit it, it stopped you. And sometimes was accelerator field on the "field". The last levels (of 1st 12) had moving barriers, which came from the ground and it moved frequently up and down even at the whole width of field (which was 6 or 8 unit)
I think that the terrain was a bole on the 6th level. The terrain was never the same, each map had a different terrain and skybox, but it was just design.

The second: I have less memories about it. The object was that, you have to reach a rocket. But it was also a kinda ball game. You had a little ball, you had to hit planks or going threw bubbles to remove it. When you cleaned the map you launched the rocket. I could play only with the demo but, I could see the levels in menu. It has around 5-8 stages. Six levels in each stage, here the structure was an inner hexagon the stage label, and around the inner there were 6 outer hexagons which were the maps.
Oh one more thing: on some maps there were a thin semi-transparent line and when the ball went threw the line (it was inevitable) you couldn't control the ball until it bounced from the opposite wall.

I didn't even remember these games for a long time, but since the memories "came to the surface" thence the thought isn't resting me.

Thanks: Simon
Maybe now...

I need help finding a game.

It is an online flash game i played a couple of years ago. I think it was the second game of it

But basically you were a ninja and you could train by Blocking apples with a shield and shooting targets with an bow and then you would go on missions which were side scrolling missions

I know thats not a lot of detail but a big focus was the trainign and the sword training and shield training had apples involved that would fly at you

Hey guys!

I can't give you much to go on, but as I am 20 now I remembered this game I used to play probably about 7-8 years ago, it was an online first person shooter and there were 2 teams of 10 or more I believe? What I remember is that you had to essentially get into a bank and get downstairs and break into the vault whilst the enemy team killed you and you continue to respawn and try again. You would collect gold bars from the vault and try to bring them back to the trucks in your spawn, but the more gold you carried, the heavier you were essentially - meaning that you couldn't move/run as fast and were more likely to get killed. Whenever I try and search for it though it always comes up with Payday - and I can assure you it's not that game :D

hi there, so i have been searching online for a long time for this game i played atleast 12-15 years ago as a part of a demo disk, its been stuck on my mind, i whould describe it as a isometric arcade like shooter where you play as a round looking hovering tank/ship/mech thing. going around future looking dock yards and industrial areas shooting robots and turrets, had a very metal look to it. there was also some arcade like weapons, like i think i remember a buzzsaw blade you could shoot, and many other types of guns and ammo. some of the enemies i remember the best was little bule robbot things that whould chase after you and big 4 leged robots waling in set paths, also large round turrets that was army gray/light brown in color. thanks for any help. :)
(edit: i did find a game called Bedlam and Bedlam 2 - Absolute Bedlam, it reminds a lot of this, but its not it) :p

(edit 2: i manage to find ot finally, thanks for anyone who might have been looking into it, the game was "Vyruz - Destruction of the Untel Empire")

Hello everyone!

I used to play this pc game, where it was a space shoot'em up.
You would be in a big space location. You could pick up abilities as you fought creatures. After some time (or after killing enough enemies) a worm hole would appear, and you would need to reach it. One of the abilities included some kind of a flail that you can use with the momentum of your space ship.

Please do help me on this!
Still no help? I understand; no one wants to help me, anyway.
Wow, still no help.
Come on now. This thread works in the following way: some people check it now and then to see if there's something they can either answer right away or something that they could possibly find out. Sometimes it turns out they can't. And they do it just to help out a fellow game enthusiast, not because that's their job. They're the same as you, how many people have you helped with their questions?

So if you don't get a satisfactory reply (I see someone already tried, but got it wrong), it doesn't mean you're being discriminated against, it means that the people who look into this thread to see if they can help anyone find something don't know the answer to your question, and don't really know where to look or what exactly to look for. Sometimes it helps to post a more detailed description of the game you are looking for, and obviously the platform and the time frame are very useful. The one thing that doesn't help is to get rude with anyone who might want to help you.

Hope you find this helpful.
The reason I'm like this is that I'm never able to find whatever I'm looking for.
Also, if I knew it any further, MAYBE I would know it already. But sadly, I played this game when I was around 7-8 or so.
Well, we don't personally know you. Heh, how are we supposed to know when you were seven-ish years old?
Anyways, as you know these dates better, why not start by going through this extensive list of possible candidates.
Obiously you'll want to check out either Windows or DOS games if you're looking for a PC game.
Still, if the game happened to be some freeware/indie game it will be a bit harder to track it down.
I don't know if the game is called "Scrolling" since you can go in every direction, not just one direction.

Also, I remember that the game had several power ups you can pick up to use as a weapon for your spaceship, with one being a flail that you can use with the momentum of your ship. I remember that there are worm-like enemies that you can kill later in the game. And the game is not 3D, it's 2D with bird-eye view of the spaceship.

Hi, I'm looking for a multiplayer web game I played maybe 6-7 years ago that has been shut down by now. Everyone played as different animals/creatures, I remember there being a giraffe and possibly one with a glowy orb above it's head. It was done in a slightly cartoony style and was 2D, reminds me of Animal Jam a little. You could explore different zones and gather resources, there was a snowy and desert area. You could occasionally find creature eggs which you could hatch and then either sell on the market or use as your own character. Hopefully someone here has played it too and remembers the name!

Okay, I'm starting to get mad with myself so might as well ask the genius internet. I loved this one game - it's the 'get it on a CD with a magazine' kind.

It was match shapes, a like teris but with you moving shapes around to 'fill out' bigger shape on the screen so it would dissapear. I remember the little shapes came on wodden platforms and when you finished the level you would get platforms with money instead if you had empty place. If you ran out of place for new shapes you lost.

You had tool to change/destroy the shapes which you got by using a shape the tool was hid inside of?

It's similiar to Arctic Quest by Alawar/BigFishGames, but with sqares (I think?) and sharp red/blue/green colors, and forest/magic/crystal shards?/etc.

I remember this game I played on Windows 98, but I cant remember the name of the game. My memory of the game is extremely vague so bare with the lack of description. The only things I remember was that you played this dude on a 2-D platform and I think it was maybe an adventure/puzzle game too. I also remember a certain level(or maybe it was the whole game. Hey, I did say there wouldnt be a lot of description :p) that had these ice tiles that you slid on, kinda like an Ice Block puzzle without the blocks. Thats about it. Now, I do remember the game wasnt played on a disk or CD that I remember. I believe that it was already downloaded or installed to the hard drive and I could just access it from the desktop. Ive been trying to remember this game for about 5 years now! Im sure if I heard the title Id remember what it was. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I don't know if you're still looking at this at all, but it seems like you never got your answer. It's Chip's Challenge.

K so I've been trying to find this for years and I found this thread and I doubt it'll help but here goes.

It's an old game for windows 95 or 98 or something. It worked without a disk and it came on a used computer so it might have been downloaded from the internet, but we didn't have internet. It was a Christmas themed platformer and you played as a snowman and shot snowballs at enemies. The first level was random snowiness with snowman bad guys. Another level was inside a pyramid or something and there was a yellow snowman I don't think you could kill. Another level was in a city at night and you'd ride elevators to the tops of buildings. Another level was on a jungle island. halp

I don't know if I responded to this post correctly but this is in response to Gablum on page 82 about a super old snomwman game for pc from the early 90s.

I know exactly what game you are talking about. The only additional thing that I can remember is that the last level has a beach or island background and when you beat the game the snowman starts moving diagonally around the screen bouncing off the walls and changing color.

If anyone knows the name of this game or has any other info please help!!!

I am trying to remember a game i would play in the mid 90's.
I remember it was on my Windows 95 machine, so I am assuming DOS. I want to say the name was "Frosty's Vacation" or something

Anyway, you played as a snowman, and in each level you were in a city, or on a beach trying to get your Hat scarf, mittens etc.

There was a yellow snowman that was your villain, you hit the space bar to throw snowballs at him, but if he ran into you, you would melt and die.
Any updates on this? (I have been looking for this forever too) Please help if possible! Someone suggested "The Lost Snowman", but that's a 2013 amateur game for GameMaker.

Update: Added one more quote to this post that's relevant. The name "Frosty's Vacation" yields nothing.

So when I was young I played this game mid 2000s that started off with you picking between 2 races of humans , one where you were just a plain ol' human being and the other being a human that was made of lava or something like that. Now being a young kid I picked just the plain human and you start off this in village in the outskirts of a huge town , and you had to fight giant rats and a rusty sword and shield , and it was just awful , but as you explored into the city you could buy better gear from the smiths , but you could also buy much better gear from other players as well ( who made the prices just near unaffordable of course ) and you could go around this human country fighting creatures such a giant bees to huge gargoyles and scorpions , and you could also go to this sort of demon plane where you would fight demons called mavericks if I recall , but you could also run into the opposite race of lava humans who didn't like you and they would sometimes attack you mid battle with a demon and it was just terrible if you weren't equipped for it. Now I remember there is a job system in the game , one being a alchemist where you would harvest plants and have to buy flask in order to make potions , there was a healer job but was almost impossible to become because of how ludicrously expensive it was to be taught it , and if you did manage to get it , you would easily make your money back by just charging people a hefty amount to heal their fractured skull or leg ( which occurred if you were to die in battle , you would suffer some sort of injury that would pose a problem such as not allowing you to equip a weapon or piece of armor ) , and there was a sort of beast master job that pretty much made you go and catch a tiger and you basically became He-Man with battle cat and it was awesome. Of course you had to also have a ton of money to learn that as well. You could farm for money by killing giant rats or you could spend real cash and get ahead ( games were grooming me to become a money spending addict later on in life )

Anyway this game has been bugging my mind for the past year or so and would love to be reminded of the name , don't care if its still online or not , just want the name for ol' times sake.
