Got a tough one for you guys
Here's what I remember:
--I believe the game was an action/platformer side scrolling game, but I am, unfortunately, not 100% on that.
--I believe the game was for the NES, but it may have been for the SNES.
--I believe the game was stone-age themed. I originally thought it was in the adventure island series, but as far as I can tell, the elements I list below are not a part of that series, so I must be mistaken.
--The game had some RPG elements. As you progressed, you got a house (I think it started as a cave?) and could buy things to decorate it like wall coverings
--The detail that sticks out most in my mind is that there was a mini-game where you chose a wife for your character. There would be 3 curtains and all you could see was a pair of bare feet under each. There were two attractive (for 8 bits anyway
) women and one who was... *ahem*... rather large. You had to pick the right woman 3 or 4 times before she agreed to be your wife, but picking the larger woman once made her automatically say yes and marry you.
Anyway, that's all I've got and it is, sadly, not a ton, but if anyone remembers this game please drop me a line! Thanks.
