This one may be a tuffy as my memory is spotty at best. It was an old Apple Macintosh game. Black and white (although could have just been the schools black and white monitor). Ate up an entire floppy disk for memory. Was a first person space game with aliens. If you shot and missed an alien you would shoot a hole in the ship and depressurize it and die. I seem to remember a persons name being spanner o'toole and being able to build a flamethrower. It was NOT Aliens from 1982.

Help me!

OK, guys, here's mine:
Late 80's, early 90's. MAME or Neo Geo game (almost sure it was MAME). Two players in a suit and wearing sunglasses (I think blue and red suits, but I don't remember it properly) hunting ghosts in a platforms game. I remember you could crouch in some places to get an extra shield, which made your suit gray (the first one could be got by crouching in a London-like payphone in the first stage). One of the ghosts rode a bicycle and it was pretty similar to Gohan when he was a kid (chinese style with a similar hat and such. We used to call him bicyclist-Gohan).

Hey, need help here with a game I played around 2000(Windows 98).

Was an action RPG, you started in a castle/tower and were instantly ambushed, then proceeded out of the castle to the town(?).
First big quest was killing a giant white spider on an island.
EDIT: Was isometric as well.

Thanks in advance!
have a look through this site it might be of help

Can anyone help? I remember a top-down racing game, I think on the PS1, which showed the whole track and you drove a small car/truck with maybe three others competing against you. All tracks were desert based from memory. Loved the game, just can't remember the name. Quite quick, there were crossovers etc and the detail was tiny - no close-ups! Any ideas? Thanks!

It was more of an off-road game, the racing was similar on all tracks, there were no weapons involved (certainly wasn't a mario kart type game) and probably never was one of the 'big' titles...

Hello guys im new to this site and i had a question for you if you can help me remember!

I used to play a little game which could be played as a single player or with a total of 4 players on the same computer using the keyboard. The game goal was to defend some base with our little army guys. We could call orders like ''Attack, Defend, reenforcments''. In each levels(total of 8 if my memory is good, going from easy to very hard), there were these invading small spiders that seems like robot spiders that you needed to kill to defend your base. And in the final stage level there was like this red gem in the middle of the screen that you needed to defend in some kind of maze and there were like a lot and a lot of spiders coming by every side shooting these little black spot on you or the red gem. And there were like some ''Mom spiders'' thats what we used to call them, they were giving birth to smaller spiders...

I would really appreciate if one of you guys could just give me a hint on how the game was called, cause im trying as hard as i can to find it back! So much memories!!!

Thanks,

Math

Hey. This has been bothering me for years now. If anyone could help me out with this I would forever love you. This this game was for SNES not to sure. I played mid 90s as a kid.
Characters you could be was a flying green dog. Had an atom above his head. Another was a girl that could run really fast. And last one I remember was a guy that had a bullet for a head and shot it at enemies.
Was a side scroller beat em up type games and you went around helping stores I think from thugs.
I remember always trying to get to a blimp or so I thought that's where I had to go.
Always ended up at a museum where t-rex bones would start chasing me.
That's all I remember. Please help!

I'm thinking of a pc game I played as a kid (I'm 19 so think 90's). Was a CD rom we found in a dumpster actually lol but it worked. The CD was orange, I feel like it was called survival or survivor but that may be my imagination. You controlled 4 people after a crash landing plane on an island. As a kid I found the game very frustrating and never made it far. I imagine your goal was to simply escape the island. The camera was a far away 3rd person almost birds eye view. You started near the plane. You could collect resources, kill animals, and build a shelter. I remember distinctly playing on hard once whichh makes all your characters hurt and you spawn next to a bear which finishes the planes job xD anyway all help is appreciated

I need help with a pc game that i played around 2003-4 but the game might be a little older and it could have been made for consoles too.
It was a FPS an you had a jetpack but you were flying quite slowly. Maybe it only allowed you to rise up and then you would soar around.
You started in a village without this jet pack I believe. I think one had various futuristic weapons as far as I remember but you went through middle age villages as well.
I may be making this up but I think one of the weapons had a trumpet opening and was able to shoot multiple enemies simultaneously.
One level took place in a town in a mountain area. Later there was a level in an area where one was surrounded by a big wall and there were tall towers where one had to shoot monsters/enemies.
Quite a weird game :) but it made an impression on me.

Any ideas?

there was a game which i think was on the Mega Drive (Genesis in USA) where you were a ninja and had special moves, one of which was called Fushin which increased your jumping distance, another made you explode and killed anything caught in the explosion. the second level involved platform jumping across a waterfall. it was a side scrolling game, had you fighting a lot of enemies a late level was like a labyrinth with a lot of revolving doors that i never made it passed.
I think thats shadow dancer do you remember having a dog sidekick in the game

I have this game stuck in my head, but I can't remember the name of it.
I remember starting off at a beach, where you do a few quests / missions and head off into a jungle where you go into this small modern grey, maybe metal building where there's some experiment or testing going on and you have to activate a wall that's kinda like jail bars.
I remember loads of other players carrying miniguns / gatling guns and I think the characters looked similar to the characters on Team Fortress.
The game was a online laptop game, I can't remember whether it had to be downloaded or not, but I think that when you played the game, it opened up a new window for the game.
It was 3rd and was 3rd person but sometimes turned into a top corner 3d side-view.
You could choose a class.
And every character name was available, but on your profile it would have a number under or next to your name saying what position you're at out of all of the people who've used that name.
The game had chat, and credits, you could use knives and guns, but I don't think you could drive a vehicle in the game.
I'm sure you could loot enemies in the game too.
I can also remember a part of the game where you'd go behind a building into this place at night with steel fences and lots of cars to take cover behind.
You could also trade with other players.
And the game came out before 2010

I think the perspective is the same as StarCraft 2 actually?
I'm not sure whether it was a beta either?

I remember playing a game a long time ago (win 95 ~ XP i think) that you have to fly with a helicopter around the map, looking for enemy bases and destroying them.

it is a "3D" game with 3rd person camera looking at the helicopter.
The map is covered with grass, trees and rivers, also a lot of mountains, and you can "climb" those mountains to get to the other side, but there is a limit on some height that you cant cross.
you have limited ammo and have to destroy the enemy bases, and once you destroy a building or a mob it can drop a box (i remember it spinning) and that could countain health or ammunition. For picking up that box, you needed to stay above it and drop a rope that will collect it, i remember it making a funny sound.

It was a very hard game at the time, and i dont remember any other levels because i have always been beated up for those enemy bases.

I dont remember if i was playing the full game or a demo, i just remember it was included on some game collection CD

So, there whas this SNES game with aliens (I think), it was something kinda Contra, but I don't think it was Contra.
It was a sidescroller where you shoot enemies/aliens.
What I can recall best is that there was this level, where you entered a place like some tunnels, and there were fans that could suck you, and kill you - lol. At the end of this level, you destroy something/place a bomb and you need to go back all the way and escape the place before it explodes.
Other than that, I remember the soundtrack was very nice, there was a level with snow, and, if I'm not mistaken, I finished the game, and there was some drawing of Eath, or another planet that you freed (or destroyed, lol)
Hope you guys can help me, I remember I really loved this game, and I simply can't remember the game's name.
