i remember a rts for windows 98 probably where you build your tanks like towers and your base kept spinning bringing you new pieces
i remembered something you could throw the unused pieces to hole in the middle of your base also
you could stack cannons to build higher tanks there were even catapults who had longer range

There was a demo i played on the PC a goo few years ago (maybe 18...), it was a sidescroller. all i remember is it being really fun and one of the lines when you killed someone was "you were only supposed to blow his bloody arms off!" (Italian job reference)

I know its a very vague description, but that's all i can remember.

ok so i have a game that i cant for the life of me remember the name of.

so excuse the vague description,
it was a ps1 game that you were in first person walking around what looked to be a museum looking place with older games all around the place that when you walked up to the machines you can actually play them. the part i loved the most was that with one of the games, you had to walk into a big room with a huge tower in the middle of it and i think it had like a giant person walking around(used to creep me out too). i know it had a racing game, pacman, and a few others.

any tips as to what it could be would be greatly appreciated.

Wasn't one of the Namco Museum collections was it? More specifically, Volume 3? [link]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namco_Museum#Namco_Museum_Volume_3[/link]

So, here's another game I cannot find, I played a long time ago, so the information probably is not precise. It was a SNES game, probably from the 90's, the guy, in my mind, reminded of the dude in young merlin, but I might just be confusing. You started the game in front of the gates of a castle, I guess. When you entered, a frankenstein guy, or probably just grenn, came up to you, and asked you for the 40 hearts you had. If you gave them to him, he would guide you until the entrance of the castle, and return your hearts. In the hall of the castle, you would find 6 or 8 statues, I guess, that could be revived with a certain amount of hearts, and then, join your party. I think there was a statue of a guy who looked like Yang Fang Leiden, from Final Fantasy IV, a statue that looked like a version of Robin (from batman) with longer hair, and a girl with, I thik, purple hair and a hula skirt.
The style of the game was kind of like Chrono Trigger's, I can't remember how the battles were, but the outside of the battle, and the graphics were more or less the same. That's all I can remember, hope someone knows

I'm looking for a low budget RTS pc game late 90's all I remember was one faction was a sort of green space marine corp, the other faction wore blue they where human also sort of like corporate security, another were alien and mostly purple. It was same view as c&c and very basic graphics. I got it dirt cheap from a super market. I think the box art had a brown planet in the background.
That sounds like Warwind 2: Human Onslaught. It had a pretty cool soundtrack.

Okay this is a long shot but theres a game I remember playing only about 7-9 years ago. I think it may have been installed in the new XP computer we got or was on one of the many games we got in with the computer. Anyway it was a maze game or something like that and you had to guide a blue (i'm pretty sure that was the colour) marble ball around but there would be invisible bricks and other tiles in your way, I know it's very vague but I can't really remember. You could also make your own maze, there was water tiles and invisible bricks and other obstacles that you could place anywhere.

I know I probably will never find out what it's called but it's worth a shot.. if any ideas spring to mind please tell me! Thanks
There was a game on the NES called Marble Madness that sounds similar to what you described.

mine might've faded away in the onslaught of messages for queries so here it is again! :)

* So I'm looking for an old awesome PC game (I believe it was PC) - with this futuristic car that you had to maneuver in outer space in different levels, each had different gravity more or less and you had a set amount of fuel too. I think it was something like Skyracer ? Not sure. Will I need Dosbox to run this ? Hopefully not!

* Another one I just thought about. The character looked a bit like pacman and it was this platform game where you had a lot of different levels and you had to reach the exit levels and you would have these little bouncing pads to get around and pick up ice cream or whatever it was if I remember correctly :) PC as well I believe. Hopefully no dosbox needed too!

Thanks!

Hey im trying to find an old PC game. Should have come out sometime in the 90's
You were some sort of giant alien dinosaur monster and youd start out the level in a valley. You would then go over to an alien town populated with tiny blue aliens. You would attack and eat them and eventually you were able to lay egggs that hatched more monster dinosaur things to fight with you.
Giants may be? (you started the game with Bazz and the others then you were with delphi and in the end you controlled Kabuto<---it is the strange alien egg hatching "dinosaur" i think):)

PS1 game I believe. It was I think about an alien that crash landed or something and it could control other animals. (i think animal robots) and you could defeat other animals and control them to progress in the game. I know you start off with a sheep and then there is a fox and rat and some other ones. anyone know what im' talking about?

also there was one I think for the PC it was about this funny lil guy that would kill monsters and there were power ups he would throw hammers to kill the monsters and you could get like a power up to throw 4 hammers in different directions.

If anyone knows what i'm talking about it would be awesome. I would love to find these games to play them again :)

Hello everyone, I am having trouble finding the name of a playstation 1 game:

Its a game where you collect qubes/ blocks from the center of the map and you bring them back to your own platform and when you have a certain amount of blocks you can build either a tank/ airplain or other weapons.

I thought the name was something with qube, but havent been able to find it yet.
Its a multi player game with about 4 teams. its colourfull and the characters are small and round headed.

I hope someone can help me on this one.

Ok so kind of a long shot as I can't remember too much about it but...

Around the same time as Diablo 2 was big.. so early 2000s, a game VERY like Diablo 2 if my memory serves me correctly on PC.

There were 4 people (classes) with names very similar (if not the same?) to the classes from Diablo 2. You played as one of them but the other 3 came around with you as well. In my memory one of the only differences to Diablo was that all 3 characters went around together (but you controlled one).

Killed people with spells/weapons, leveled up... Can't remember much else about it!

I've been trying to think of the name for AGES but I just can't remember it!!!
