Hey, I've been searching and trying to remember this game on and off for years. It's a RPG that I played around 1995 where you are a single adventurer (No other party members) and you start of on the side of a mountain and your only option is to enter the dungeon. The entire game is in the dungeon and I remember it being a maze with drops, traps, and monsters that I needed to map out on graph paper so I could find the way to the deeper levels. If you died, you'd have to restart all the way at the side of the mountain. The interface was 1st person and showed a picture on the left side for the dungeon & monsters, and then text on the right side. I know these are pretty vague details and I might even be misremembering some of them, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers.
There are many games that would fit this description, but the mountain reminds me of The Shadow of Yserbius or its "sequel", The Fates of Twinion.

Hi, I'm looking for a game I played as a kid, it was only a demo but I would love to play the full version.

I believe the game was a strategy game, and there was 4 races (Only one playable via the demo, whom were green guys). You could build a base up and could go exploring and kill stuff. I remember the level you were able to play was based in a forest/jungle and if you went to the top corner of map, you hit snow/ice and there was a ship that looked like a hover craft you capture and bring back to your base.

I know it's a really vague description, but trying to remember this game has been doing my head in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, I have a game that I remember as well, but not the title...

Anyway, the game is a old turn-base strategy game for the PC. You control a small squad of humans trying to defend the Earth by alien forces [of course].
The only solid clue I have to give is two things:

-First, this game never actually released. I only played the demo of the game from a CD I get from a Greek PC Magazine.

-The aliens have a strange head. their head look somehow like this:

Exacly like that plus the color of their heads are purple and they have red angry evil eyes.

I dub this thread "Gateway to the Escapist," due to the sheer amount of new user posts.

Unless of course, it is a very complicated and well thought-out spam bot, and toying with us.

Hm...tests.

I need help! I remember playing this game when I was younger, but I don't remember what it was called.
I remember that you played an animal, maybe a cat or a dog or a teddy bear, that was looking for and collecting different things. The entire game was played at night, I think that "midnight" had something to do with the title. It might have been from Humongous Entertainment, or something like that.
The game is set around a house and I remember that one of the levels was in the garage, and you could click different things, not that that helps, haha.
I was born in 1993 if that helps, so I think it was made around then.

If you guys could help me out, that would be amazing!

Hi all, I´m trying to remember the game I used to play on sega, I still got it, but there´s a wrong title on the cassette, so I cant identify it correctly - it starts with a scene in the theatre where is a girl walking in a circus when suddenly a monster kidnap her and a boy come out from the seat and try to rescue her - in the gameplay he must come across to a various levels and monsters in which he defeat them by throwing balls and them - when he got attacked by a monster he changes his colour from blue to green; then to orange - the he throws a football and the he changes to violet. Please response if you got any ideas, anything will help. Thanks a lot.

This is killing me Please help me

Bear with me here:

Old PC game where you had like an indian tribe that you controlled and there were other tribes and maybe they came to attack you or vice versa I can't remember, but I do remember that you had like lightning bolt powers and tornado powers and you had to kill them or something? lol I know it is so vague but its just how my memory is. I believe you could build towers as well?

Please let me know
Hey, it wasn't Alien Nation was it? That had 3 tribes you could choose from at the beginning (either female hunters, wasps or alien things) and then you built a town, found food and defended the town against other attacking tribes

Hey everyone,

I remember very vaguely playing a game on my very old PC when I was a kid (I'm 21 now). I can't remember anything regarding the name of this game or how it started or what it was about but around the beginning you start off on the ground and you have to climb a massive tree to get to the top. The graphics were like old school pixelated and I think you may have been an elf or something like that. I think I remember you had to collect these bottles or something. Enemies in the trees, etc... Sorry I can't provide more information.

Another game, again on very old PC, I think it was an educational game. You go to some spooky castle and you go to ring the door bell but there is some sort of electric puzzle you have to solve and then when you go in it has lots of puzzles you have to solve to progress. I think it may have been something to do with science.
Any help is great :)

So what I remember is that some boy (or maybe it was a gnome/dwarf/elf) was sleeping. He woke up and something was wrong. I am not sure what but I think he was the only one in the house or something. So basically he goes outside to his little village and starts running around. I remember the first objective was to find 100 of something. Not sure what you had to find but I think it was some kind of green sphere, or golden coins. So basically I found 99 of these, and couldn't get the 100th, so I was pretty much stuck. I still had fun looking for these things.

The boy was sleepy and very dizzy. He swayed when you stood still and looked tired. Atleast I think he did.
Was it 40 Winks? This is the only game I can think of where you are a little boy and you run around collecting things whilst being tired and dizzy!
Hope this helps

hi guys, this one might be a toughy. This is an old pc game from the 90's ish era. All i really remember is it had a tennis mini game in it, in which your character or the opponent would get angrier and angrier when one of you lost a point. A few of the words used were "loath" "hatred" "angst"to describe the feelings when you lost enough points. I think it may have been a puzzle game that was based in a spaceship, but of that i cannot be certain. If anyone can figure it out, I would be eternally grateful!

Im trying to remeber the name of a game I played in the mid to late 90s. It was a strategy game city building game. It was a top down view and there was an AI that you played against building another city across the map and you were racing to destroy them before they destroyed you with nukes but you had to build up to it first. I remember it being pretty in depth. the loading screens had pictures of nature type themes and animals. I remember in the beginning it saying that the game was dedicated to someone.
Anyone?
Sounds like Civilization possibly? Sid meir made it and is still making new ones today. Hope this is right

I NEED HELP. I once played this game on PS2 where you were an asain fighter guy and you used the right joystick to fight. If you tilted back you would hit the person behind you, same goes for all other directions. I just remember that it was a third person game where you would run and jump over stuff and then fight groups of people. Please help if you can.
Sounds like Jet Li: Rise to Honor. Great game. Hope this helps

Here is one that has been driving me crazy for months:

A DOS game; takes place on a spaceship where you complete a series of mine-arcade game to save a king who is trapped in a large glass container with green jello. The king's container has a bomb on top which must be disarmed; the bomb has a component which is a mouse running in a wheel.... Any ideas?
This sounds familiar and might be the same game im looking for. That is if you remember the tennis mini game i described above
