I remember playing a game at school in the early 90s. Would've been on something like an Apple II, and the game looked mid-80sish. All I remember is that you played a little alien or robot character, you walked around outside in a sort of quasi-3D style like the old Sierra adventure games, though I don't remember whether it had a parser input. I remember large holes in the ground appearing in some screens.

It sounds a lot like the Atari ET game, but that's not it. I have no idea why this game stuck with me. I think just because I could never get past the holes and it haunted me.

Im looking for a game that resembles most japanese/final fantasy games execpt in this game you control the fighting and the fighting is not turn by turn. I also remember having to answer questions something along the lines of this to choose your companion. Did you prefer your fathers strictness or your mothers softness? My companion was a fairy but i know that if you answer differently you can get different companions.

hey i remember playing this game where you play as a horse and help other animals with their problems and also collect somethings... you interact with them and in the end i guess you have to help a wounded lady horse by trading something from some human... i know it sounds like that Genesis game from 1994 (crystal's pony tale) but its not... There were other animals like cows and stuff and i think you had a top-down kinda camera angle when you played... I dont know its such a blur i barely remember anything... i hope somebody could help me im a really really curious person... its bugging me lol
anyone???

Hello. I'm having trouble remembering a a PC game. You play as a black or purple haired woman cop and you start off in training. It's a third person shooter and you're trying to take down a bad company. The first mission is at one of the company's buildings. I think the guns shoot out red or green lasers. I remember it being fast paced and I think you can melee as well. Looked a little cartoony too. Help if you can. It's been so long I can't figure out this name but I loved this game.

I vaguely remember an Xbox or PS2 game that seems an awful lot like that description. Third person, name was vaguely Japanese (maybe?) and started with an O. Dammit, now this is gonna bug me.
Thanks man once you said O I checked that letter in gamewinners. Its Oni thanks alot. Now to find a download.... :)

Okay, my game is a super nintendo game. All I can really remember is that you customize a robot and use it as your charecter throughout the game. When you go through the game you also get more robots on your team. I cannot for the life of me remember what it is called! I will be highly appreciative to learn the name of the game. :) ^.^ (>^-^)> <3 <(^.^<)

Edit: Nevermind. It was called robotrek. :)

hi guys, i used to play this game about 7-10 years ago. it was a top down pc strategy game. I remember collecting resource like wood metal and gold, you could play as like native americans like incas and mayans with bow and arrows etc or play as spanish/american race with rifles and guns and could train like a squad of rifleman. it took a long time to play and i remember a biulding called a 'dweller' for the spanish/american race which increased your population. The landscape was mainly woodland and slightly mountainous for the maps you played on. i hope someone know the name of this game :)

There is a game I have been trying to think of. This might be a hard one as I only have some sketchy details.

This would be late 80s early 90s PC game. It is fantasy based, single player RPG game. Good graphics for the time. A 3d world environment. You were basically a night walking around exploring the world, fighting undead and other typical monsters. I remember the graphics were about as good as the game Myst.

I think the title was something similiar to Drakken or along those lines. No, its not Drakkhen for the SNES. Your main quest was to find (or fight) a Dragon.

Oh, one major thing. The game was buggy as hell. It would keep crashing at this one certain spot and you could never progress. I think a patch came out for it to fix the crashing, but I never got around to installing it.

This thread...is from 2010...holy shit

On topic: A fighting game I had for the original Gameboy. There was a Werewolf, an alien who could become liquid-like, a skeleton, a body-builder type guy, and a cyborg who looked kind of like a gladiator who appeared on the box/game cover.

Ok, so I've been thinking about old games I played on my Windows 95/98 Dell Desktop. Now, I can't remember if this game was a download or included on a disc, but I do remember it was a demo. The way it went was you were a racer on a bike, or a device of some kind, and you would sling around and tether yourself to different areas of an arena, and you were up against other bikes like it. I remember being red, and the opponents were possibly blue? For some reason, the name Slingball or something like that sticks out. I can't find it anywhere, though. Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this game, and it's just killing me I can't remember what it was! If anyone knows which one I'm talking about, please let me know!
