@BlueSkyTiger sounds like stronghold, or warcraft 3. i don't remember any other game using catapults.
Ah no, it's none of them those graphics are way too advanced for the game I'm searching for. It looks very simple, I think it was pixelated.

hi pleeeeeeeease help me out remember the name of this old pc game...
here's what i remember:
- it's 2d
- the character is a prince or a wizard in some sort of castle full of enemies
- the wizard shoots red or yellow(most probable) small segments of laser from his FINGER accompanied with an 8-bit high pitched sound when you fire it
- an 8 bit sound is also heard when he jumps and when he dies something like white fireworks is seen with with a rather low-pitched 8-sounds.
- the wizard wears mostly grey with a grey cape and a ring or a crown surrounding his forehead and has yellow hair
- the castle includes lava floor and you gotta jump over it
-you sometimes fight some sort of crocodiles or lizards
- there are those powerup items you collect it looks like a laboratory flask with white liquid in it that makes you fire a continuous line of laser and makes you light .
- hearts can be found in the game too (extra life).....**maybe** your life meter is heart shaped and gets less in triangular segments like a pizza**maybe**
That sounds a lot like Hocus Pocus, give or take a few details about it.
@ShinDNA YES!!!!!! OMG YOU ARE THE BEST! thanks alot

I can't remember two games I used to play when I was a child. I remember one of them had the music of the nutcracker and you entered a place and when you touched a window, a shadow appeared and you heard a laugh. Other clue is that in the bathroom you had to put a code. Can somebody tell me what is the name of the game? The other one had many levels and in one of them there was a dinosaur in the middle and you ran around it and it followed you, you had to distract him and catch a key and then pass the door to the next level, you "ate" plants also, like little trees. Somebody knows the name?

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this game. I'll try to put as much relevant information as possible.

I played the game around late 1990's - early 2000's.

It is a 2D side scroller. I believe you play as a kid, your goal is to rescue/free animals. The only enemy I remember is a zombie hand would come out of the ground in front of tombstones and you had to jump over them. I can't remember much else, it was graveyard themed sort of thing. Not sure if this is enough to help. Thank you for any help.

EDIT:
I found it, it's called Monster Bash.

PS1 game, minecraft esque graphics and very bright colours. Turn based and leveling system similar to final fantasy kind of thing. Kill worms near the first area. The main character has pink hair and it's not tombi (Although what a game!)

Any ideas peeps!?

Platform: PC
Genre: Real Time Strategy
Estimated year of release: I honestly have no idea. pretty old game, somewhere between 2000 and 2005 maybe.
It had 3D graphics, similar to warrior kings, with decent character models for the time, and great animation. you could control and move the camera and zoom in and out on the battles.

A big part of the game were the heroes or elite units you controlled, In the single player campaign I think you started with a bunch of dwarves(maybe?) crashing a balloon, then you gradually gained allies, I think a group of masked centaurs join you, and a particularly good centaur hero/elite who could tear up enemies by duel wielding sword..staff..things.
The surviving units also moved from mission to mission with you.
Also when a unit took damage the amount of damage it took appeared above its head and floated off.

There was also a siege aspect to the game, with missions requiring you to defend or attack a walled encampment.
I also remember it being kinda hard.

Hey guys,
So I am trying to find a game I remember playing for PC a long time ago but have very little info so I am going to try my best. As I said I used to play it on PC and was probably sometime between 2000-2005. It was a fantasy style game and had medieval style troops for battle if I remember but also had the magic component with wizards etc. The gameplay itself, I do not remember controlling one particular player around a world or anything but do remember being in towns where you would buy your troops and I believe could get heros to join you. There were different types of troops you could buy and the battles were viewed from a side angle. I do not remember whether you had direct control of your troops or not but if I recall correctly you had control of magic etc. Also it was a disc-based game and I remember the game came with a demo for a very similar game but that one took place in a kind of forest setting. I know I am not giving much information but hopefully that can help. The box may have been purple and had a wizard or something like that on it but I am not sure on that. Thanks for any help you guys can give me! Let me know if you have any questions and I will try to answer!

Here are two that have always bugged me.

First might be easier. It was a live action game such as Silent Steel. However, this game took place in a city where there is a bomb threat that you have to stop.

The second one, well, all I remember is the graphics were very old (likely C64). It's an adventure game, but at one point if you go outside in a certain area, a giant mosquito flies into the scene and sucks you dry and your body goes limp and you die (it's as if it even sucked the bones out). I used to think that this was Another World (it kind of had those kind of graphics), however, I have watched a playthrough and never saw that particular scene so I'm thinking it's another game kind of like it...possibly older. I recall the graphics actually being more "older" than even Another World.

This sounds like one of the games from the Heroes of Might & Magic series. Part III came out in 99, Part IV came out in 02, and Part V came out in 06.

its an old pc game i played in 2002-2003 run in windows 98 i think...
- it can be maximum 4 players
- character shape like water drop(upside down)if i didn't remember wrongly, each character can choose 4 different color(red yellow blue green)
- the map is like a 3D sphere that differentiate in many squares; has many different maps
- the tip of the characters touch the line of the square
- players need to occupied the squares by passing through it(like circle it)
- after occupied the squares, maybe something will come out(maybe a boom or weapons like gun), otherwise the square will become the player's color
- other players can occupy the squares that have been occupied before
- at last, the player occupied the most of the square is winner

that's all i remember about this game, sorry if less details is given, pls help find out the name.thank you.

Need helping here!!! Tracking down an old game!!

Can't remember the name but it came out in the 2000's on PC.
It was a mystery solving game, doing puzzles, cooking casseroles and quiche.
You would play both the sister and brother. They were sent to
(I think they were brunettes or redheads, can't remember exactly)
their grandmother/aunt/relative who lived or owned a mansion or a hotel like Bed & Breakfast
and had weird guest (monsters/creatures) living in the place. You solve puzzles, riddles, math problems, memory games.
I can remember only one and it was where they you had to cook quiche. But you had to cook up
other things too. You also had to go around collecting/trading items for objects to complete certain tasks.
