Hi,
There was a platform game which I played on my win98 pc. It was a side scrolling game (left-to-right). You had 3 characters to control (maybe a turn-based control system), where you have 3-5 lanes to move (lanes were on top of each other. You move up or down.). Characters were humanoid, like human-size mouse. They were moving left-to-right and can enter some vehicles/robots. Each turn you fight with a boss. Then there was a dice usage (I don't really remember the purpose of dice usage.). Graphics were 2d but with 3d perspective (2.5D). The game looked like merge of "River City Ransom", "Metal Slug", and "Earthworm Jim".
