How did the second movie do well enough for a third? And why haven't anyone asked "Aren't there anyone who could make this movies that aren't Bay?"
because lot's of idiots on the teaters applauded the secound movie... despite lot of hate on internet, in theaters the movie generally got a positive response... look at spoony review of it in his vlogs he mentioned it how in the teaters where he have gone see it, the movie was applauded.

Again I'm seeing comments suggesting that the people who hate these movies do so only due to nostalgia, instead of the movies simply being shit. Weird.

Odd that all throughout the trailer we see gaint alien robots fucking up the scenery, but then at the end we're presented with the image of Shia holding a gun. Yeah, that doesn't make him look like an insignificant little booger by comparison at all.

The only good news, I guess, is that it could never be any worse than Revenge of the Fallen.

me it was more the dog fucking than the Nostalgia that made me hate the movies... and the plot being paper thin

I'll watch anything where Peter Cullen voices a robot, I don't care who the director is.

Not 'nuff 'splosions. May Bay, I am disappoint. I expect a 'splosion average every 1.351 seconds, and I got 4.587 per second! For shame!

I have never seen the first two Transformer movies, so I really can't comment on them. I've heard arguments on both sides with "Dude, it has 'splosions and more 'splosions and it's just really super fun!" and "It's a load of shit with Shia LePussy whining everywhere trying to get laid." so I really don't know what to expect when I do finally get around to seeing them on my Netflix.

I think Prime is pissed off because he knows the Transformers will get less screen time than Shia LeBouf AGAIN, even though they're the titular element of the movie.

I tell you what, you could fire Michael Bay and get a competent director for this and resurrect Hemmingway and Douglas Adams to make them work on the script, but LeBouf will have to be killed on-screen in a way that would make Jigsaw blush if he weren't dead before i start to care.

well...

no megan fox in sight..thank god!! does this mean the movie will focus on the Bots instead of Sam's love and sex life with an actress that is more suitable acting in porn?

and if this movie turns out to be as bad as the 2nd one then i sincerely hope this will be the last of the franchise.
Well, you see what happened to Fox's career after she dug into Michael Bay.

This new actress is only there as a Neutral Female [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/NeutralFemale].

It may have some moments, but I for the life of me, can't figure out how it's going to explain everything that the Decepticons can do when the 2nd movie established them as pretty weak.

That's what you get when you make a Transformers movie that wants to appeal to as many moviegoers as possible; Dogs fucking, a stoned mother tackling a college student, John Turturro's junk in full frame, and a tiny robot dry humping Megan Fox's leg.

Damn you, nostalgia, for making me dislike this!

Meh as people have said before. Mindless action movie with no real substance what so ever and proof that even works that are generally crap can A) make money and B) become popular im looking at you twilight and Battle:LA. But it works as a movie to be played when the audience is quite drunk. sit back and watch the pretty explosions....or you can get spin on an office chair whilst staring at a strope light...whilst on fire....still painfull

Looks like it will be interesting to watch at least once, like the other ones. Not something you would go back to. Just nice to look at is all, unlike the lead girls. And the new lead girl looks like a worse actor than Megan Fox so I really don't see me liking any of the human characters once again (except maybe Sams Dad if he's in it).

You guys can all just stop. If you hate these movies and Micheal Bay, just don't go see it. I know the vast majority of you will go see it, because you already watched the other two. There's a reason they made this one. The last two made a ton of money!

As for me. Giant transformable robots fighting. Hell Yeah! That's all I care about. Entertain me and I'm happy. That's all I want from a movie like this. If I wanted a deep story, I wouldn't be watching transforming robots kick each other in the balls.

Who honestly cares about the humans? Anyone?

I never saw Revenge of the Fallen. I hear it is horrible, but maybe now that I can watch it for free I'll see it. Gotta try anything if my main man Starscream is in it.

The shots in the trailer looked like they have smoother action (Less Micheal Bay shaky cam), so that might be good? Still, hard as hell to be excited when I know it's another movie about Shia LeBeouf in his eternal quest to justify his career after Holes.

I'm kind of sad. Giant robots are awesome and the Transformers were part of my childhood yet I know this movie is going to blow :/.

As a side note, I laughed really hard at this.

Looks good.. and ya I grew up on the Transformers. Pure popcorn movies. For those that want the humans gone, obviously have no idea what the series and comics were about. Yes, there were many components of pure robot on robot war, but the whole theme was about there time on earth (well it started that way). I do hope they focus a little less on the love life. In fact I wish many movies did where the action is the central theme. Yep, typical guy speak, but this movie is about effects, exposions, cool robots and cheesy one liners. Bring it on!

Please Michael Bay, please just.....STOP.
If only we told optimus the truth about the director in the first place instead of letting him find out in the third movie. Once he knew it was bay he abandoned us. Can't really blame him though bc I would do the same.

Bay seems to have learned his lesson from the RotF backlash so, honestly, I AM looking forward to this. All I really want to see is a gigantic robot brawl with some semblance of a plot, and that is what this trailer looks like it delivers.
