Here's a few of the ones I've got that aren't half bad.

An AK style with some perks.

A pretty generic Remington 870 style shotgun.

A heavy duty SOP-MOD Assault Rifle

An Assault Rifle, kinda HK looking to me.

A Sniper Rifle I had in a dream that I tried my best to recreate through Pimp My Gun.

You realise you've mounted a grenade launcher to the cleaning rod, right? Also, look at the grip and stock. Where do you put your thumb?

Some technical aspects that are incorrect:
- The barrel is too high, there's no gas block and the suppressor can't attach like that.
- The laser is mounted too high, and it's going through a micro red-dot sight that you can't even use due to the scope bring in the way.
- The drum magazine is too low. There shouldn't be any straight magazine visible once it's in, and if you've tried to make a C-mag, then the drum covers some of the receiver.
- The grenade launcher is too low. Make sure that the top part covers the rails completely and that there's no white gaps visible, like the scope.

Just brush up on basic gun layout, know where bits are meant to be, and you could make some cool guns. Try the new version of PMG, too.

I did realize that I had mounted the grenade launcher incorrectly after I had saved the file and looked at it later. Wa wa :/ Also Thanks! I knew something didn't look right about the back end there, just couldn't put my thumb on it (pun gratuitously intended.)

Sweet, thanks for the critique. Some stuff like the red dot I just thought looked cool, though it is totally useless in the spot it's at. Glad to have feedback. :) I just did a couple more probly upload them in a bit. Another sniper based on a Walther from the old PMG and did some work in the new one too.

This is a sniper I did based on the Walther WA2000. Unfortunately I did it before I got the tips from NimbleJack3 about placement, especially regarding the drum magazine. Oh well, I'm learning.

These are all based on the same design, the first is the sniper version, the second the main assault rifle version, and the third the CQB/Black-Ops version.

Constructive criticism is always welcome!

One point regarding the WA2000; the free-floating barrel [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-floating_barrel] shouldn't have a bipod attached to it; either put it on the rail underneath or use the weapon's own bipod which mounts to the top of the frame at the front.

Can't really see why you'd put a C-mag on a sniper rifle, and you really need some kind of cheek piece there; resting your cheek against bare metal for extended periods is going to be eight kinds of not fun. Laser's kinda pointless with a scope unless it's an IR rangefinder. Also, that doubled-up flash hider looks like it'd make the barrel rather flimsy.

To give you a reference re: C-mags:

See the ridge near the bottom of the middle section? That rests against the base of the mag well when it's in the gun. Try looking at an AR15-pattern weapon in the newer PMG: pull the reciever off and see how the magazine sits in relation to the action.

Please try harder. I understand if you're new to all this, but in this thread you at least don't leave large holes in the guns. Put a bolt or a shape underneath the receiver to remove those horrible white holes.

New revolver, still working not 100% on them.
Add a top to the frame around the cylinder, raise the cylinder a little higher above the trigger group, make the barrel smaller (there's no way the cylinder could hold more than two or three rounds the size of that barrel) and flip the hammer horizontally and vertically.

You know, Sticky, everyone else is gonna get jealous if you keep being awesome. Just so you know.
By the way, how long does it take to make a detailed weapon like this?
I usually work on it off and on, leaving the window open, i don't really know
here are several revolvers

I've had a go at a revolver too. I reckon it worked out ok...

Also another grenade launcher, 30mm this time.

And a drum fed combat shotgun.

My first gun for a while, I've kind of exhausted my creativity. I went with a steampunky plasma feed tube running from the reciever to the barrel to give a little creative flair to it.

A bolt-action grenade launcher? Pretty crazy stuff.

That reminds me of the Pancor Jackhammer, which I love. Awesome shotgun :D

It was meant to be semi auto, I just used the bolt handle as a charging handle. However, I've now realised that it has no safety/ fire selector!

Almost.
Yep, you're getting there. You just need some definition on the top of the frame, because it blends too easily with the background.

Yep, that's a lot better. Few things, based on my Airsoft Colt Python:

* The barrel is a little too high. It needs to be level with the chamber, about halfway between the top of the cylinder and the middle.
* There's no back sight.
* There should be a section of the back of the barrel that goes into that gap in the frame in front of the cylinder face. Revolvers don't usually gas-seal, but they also don't usually have a big hole between the cylinder and the barrel.
* The cylinder is backwards.
* You'd probably be able to see the bases of the bullets at the back of the cylinder.
* I'd slightly increase the size of the ring that forms the front of the frame, since it's not forming a convincing join with the bottom of the frame.
* You could probably get away with adding a few screws or pins to the flat part of the gun to make it seem less bare.
* Slightly increase the size of the frame above the trigger; remember, there's a mechanism that has to fit in there.
