Raisavoir replied with "you better watch your luck. I am here to get through this safely, not get killed. Although, your life might not last that long if you keep up at the rate your going."

Raisavoir then stepped in and proceeded to walk along.Chuckling him self as he walked by. Almost as if not caring what he said to Derrick.

Raisavoir can get douche baggish at times but that is just his attitude, no matter who he is saying it to.

"This is no time to squabble, we have a memory to return to its rightful owner." Leonart pulled his bow from its usual hideaway upon his back, laying it in front of himself with the serrated tooth jutting forwards to protect himself from any would-be ambushers, and he set along the path.

His intellectual demeanour had faded, gone with the pristine whiteness of the shrine, and was replaced by a much more serious one. Whatever one felt about Leonart, they couldn't say that he didn't take his role very seriously.

"Come, Master Terrias," He invited Ross to stand with him at the front of the group while he continued forwards, "I fear we shall have traps to avoid soon."

Derrick grinned. He remembered why Leonart was still with them. His attitude, while at times more of a scholar, was focused.

Derrick fell a few steps behind those in the lead. He made sure to keep just far enough back to avoid certain kinds of traps, but close enough to quickly heal any unfortunate trap mishaps. Derrick gripped one of the knives at his side, and continued on.

As they progress further into the first chamber, there was no sound of creeping gas, no click and whir of deadly darts ready to launch themselves, and no thud of gears for a spike trap. When they reached the middle of the room there was a click, and the door leading in slams shut and torches lining the room light themselves revealing it to be a large circular room with the door leading in on one side and the door leading onward adjacent to it. In alcoves dotting the walls there are four stone warrior statues, all of which groan to life and begin to lumber towards the group.

Living Statue A 60HP
Living Statue B 60HP
Living STatute C 60HP
Living Statue D 60HP

Thought I was forgetting something, I'll add your HP values to the group description

Haseo smiled as he took out his sword. His left hand started to glow with blue fire. "Burn, baby, burn!" He swung at one of the statues. He hit it dead center for 20 damage.

Okay, heading over to chat for a roll. I'm probably gonna roll the wrong thing, but whatever.

Raisavoir sticks out his left hand, in his left hand a blue orb of sorts started to grow. Raisavoir then shot a frost bolt, hoping to freeze the statue where it is for a few seconds, while doing damage to it. Hitting it causing 9 damage.

Leonart's eyes squinted as he picked out his target, the closest of the 4 statues. He pulled an arrow from the quiver with one hand, lightly pushing Ross behind him with the other.

"Master Infernus, Un'jaami, don't let them draw you out. We have guests to keep alive here, and out there there is no guarantee that you can return to us." With that said, he drew the arrow back in the bowstring and closed his right eye, aiming with his left. "Caio, my statuesque foe." He let it go, sending the sharpened arrow's point directly through the head of his target with an almighty crack of stone (dealing 14 damage) , though it's life was not gone. Obviously it was not a brain that brought these to life, but instead it were magic.

I am unsure whether we can simply announce our own attacks as whether they hit or miss, but if it turns out we do not I shall edit my post to take account of it. Sorry, I had obviously forgone that part of your first post. I'm usually a bit more observant when I make posts. My bad. =/

By the way, I'm assuming we are each going after a different statue. I'm going after C from here on, so until I state otherwise statue C will be losing health from my attacks.

Okay if it were possible to speak slower through text I would, You can decide if you land a hit or if I resolve it for you use appropriate discretion when doing this.

I must've been unclear or you just didn't read things (I'm betting on unclear) but include how much damage you do in your posts, if you don't I have to go check the chat which will eventually be a confusing scrambled mess of numbers.

Mister bloodythoughts this part is specifically for you (and maybe unusualstranger) in the OP there is a list O' magic you can use, if you do use magic go check that part of the OP use the exact name of the spell in your post (so we don't get confused later on) and roll the XdY+Z that's next to it to figure out damage, the 1d6 is the damage you do when you hit things with your staff.

Enemies spoiler updated so targeting enemies is easier please edit posts accordingly

I'll just wait for everything to get settled in since the last patch then edit this accordingly.

As the statue (C) staggered after Leonart's arrow, William drew his sword and darted forward, carving a chunk out of it's arm (for 13 damage)

Haseo smiled. "Don't worry, Leonart, this guy's not taking me anywhere." he swung his sword, missing as the stone being lumbered out of the way, but got it on the rebound by firing the spike on the pommel of his sword at the thing (A), causing 17 damage.

Okay, i'm attacking a different statue, which has 23 health left.

Statue A 23HP
Statue B 51HP
Statue C 33HP
Statue D 60HP
BloodyThoughts you didn't give a target so I picked one for you, only time it will happen and it goes for everyone, if you don't pick a target your attack will be ignored in the future

Statue A reels around and crashes it's massive stone sword into Haseo's chest (8 damage 292 health left).

Statue B punches Raisavoir in the face (2 damage 118 health left).

Statue C swings it's blade at William but his graceful movements are to swift for the slow giant to hit.

Statue D is still for far from the group to make an attack.

I doubt you guys are ever going to take lethal damage I suck at rolling

Oh, 3W, such a waste of an attack. I rolled 23!

Haseo stumbled backwards. His left hand surged with fire. "Die!" He roared. He grabbed the thing's head with his left hand, melting it and revealing a glowing stone within. "Hello, this looks important!" Haseo yelled, as he flipped his sword in his hand, blade facing the ground, and slammed it into the glowing crystal. The stone golem immediately stopped moving and crumbled into dust. "one down, three to go!" Haseo yelled to the others.

The crystal shattered as it hit the floor and releases magical essence that flows to the remaining statues repairing 10 damage to each and loosening their stiff movement.

Statue A Dead
Statue B 60 HP
Statue C 34
Statue D 60

Statue B swings it's stone carved axe at Raisavoir hitting him for 7 damage (111 left).

Statue C closes the gap between itself and William and side swipes him for 20 damage sending him recoiling toward Statue D (230 left).

Statue D Thrusts it's mace into Williams chest dealing 19 damage (211 left).

Sorry for my absence during the light hours I got distracted by guildwars left left to be an IRL nerd.

That 19 and 20 are never going to happen again.

"Let us think before we smash crystalline substances we find in moving statue's heads, perhaps, Master Infernus? We can't go breaking everything just to see what they do, you understand?"

He charged at the stone statue attack William and kicked it backwards as hard as he could, sending it to stagger backwards a short distance, before he shot an arrow (for 7 damage) through it's left leg. "They are getting faster."

Haseo shrugged. "It was the only thing that stopped it. I melted the fucking head off for God's sake, and it still kept attacking. I think the crystal is the only way to kill them, although, I do have a slightly less barbaric idea on how to stop these creatures." Haseo reached for statue C, ducking under its sword, spinning to create momentum, and finally leaving a giant gash across its side for 17 damage.

okay, 2 questions.
1: Can we roll for criticals?
2: By any chance could we have a super attack or something of that sort?

Derrick stepped forward, as he knew he would, and proceeded to do some Heal Moderate wounds to take care of William. Best not to tire himself out so early, especially with three statues still standing. He cast the heal easily, patching up 18pts (William 229).

"Anything to stop them from killing us, Leonart. We can worry about the value of the crystals later." Derrick said, preparing himself to heal again, as William had taken more damage than he had thought.

Question.
Is it possible to use group spells? How would that be done, exactly?

Haseo grinned. Once more, he burned the head of the creature off for 21 damage, but this time, instead of destroying the crystal, Haseo ripped it out of the statue. The statue moved its hand to take back its crystal, but Haseo lopped that hand off as the creature crumbled into dust. (C). "Another one bites the dust! Who's next?" He roared.

Derrick chuckled.

"Now you're killing and thinking at the same time Haseo. That, is an art." Derrick said, beginning his healing once more.

Focusing once more on William, another Heal Moderate wounds to take care of the rest of that damage. Just as easy as before, healing 17 for William (William 246).

"Try not to get hit so much next time. I'm not exactly limitless, you know."
