I live in a big forest area..... so I'd go with a hoothoot, Besides Noctowl is the best bird Pokemon out there, ofcourse I'd be surrounded by Murkrow EVERYWHERE, but whatever, I still like my owl.

I live pretty close to a lake, so I guess I'd find Psyduck there, throw my ultra ball, and hit Up+B just to be safe.

Gotta go trollin' around the mountains for a Larvitar.

Tyranitar will be WELL WORTH the crap.

I go apply for a hunting license and trade the pokeball for a hunting rifle.

Pokemon, the most dangerous game!
That's not the most dangerous game.

Also, I'd totally get an Onix, and evolve it into a Steelix. You don't argue with a giant steel snake thing.

I live in a smaller town with lots of stray cats, so I'd try for a meowth or glameow. If I got a meowth, pay day, pay day, pay day, baby!

EDIT: Was thinking of glameow, OK...

Vulpix, then make some death threats and rob a department store for a fire stone, to evolve it into Ninetales--can't go wrong with a nine-tailed fox that can use Hypnosis, Sunny Day, and Fire Blast, in addition to Solar Beam.

I'd look for something adorable and fluffy, like Vulpix or Lopunny. Although, I'd love a Dratini, I don't think I would find one out in the woods.

Beldum. Definetely. I have no clue where they live, but chances are it is near me since I have a river, a forest, a pond, and a city within close distance of my house.

Edit:

Tropius. To me he would be the most useful Pokemon to actually own.

It can Fly, it can help move heavy objects, it can just live outside since as a plant it can feed itself, it grows it's own fruit for food.

Tropius just plain rocks.
This would have been my first choice, but time makes fools of us all.

I would catch a charmander. I live in a city, whose only close-by landscapes/tall grasses are swampy woodlands. I have no fucking clue what type of land charmander might be found at {volcano, maybe?}, and I DO'NT FUCKING CARE. I will go AS FAR AS IT TAKES to find a fucking charmander. Charizard is pretty much the coolest fucking pokemon EVER.

In other words... I will Travel across the land, searching far and wide....
