Also, these are all friends I have who are gamers besides their other career. It's almost like *gasp* gaming is not their only defining feature that their whole life revolves around. As for whether Gamers are good in bed or not, it all depends on how high their Gamerscore is or what GPU and processor they're rocking in their rig.

Well I didnt try to simplify it like that at all but you CAN poll a particular group to see what traits they share. I imagine there will one day be a survey amongst gamers to determine things like sexual performance as well as checking to see if gamers have higher risks for diabetes.

So Yeah not all gamers are "this" or "that" but we still get a rep based on various factors.

Listen, I identify as a gamer, not because video games identify me, but because it's something I'm passionate about.

Just because I'm a gamer, say I'm a gamer, and I'm proud of it, doesn't mean I think that it's my SOLE DEFINING FEATURE.

I'm also a writer, an actor, a cashier, a hopeless romantic, and (to stay on topic) a beast in the sack, but I don't identify by any of those things.

"Gamer" isn't an identifier, it's a describer. It's one facet of my, and other's, lives. We're just more passionate and into it than other people are.

So please, you and all other people who think that people who call themselves gamers see it is an identity, stop badmouthing us that don't have issues with the term. It's getting silly.
